I really like how these kits bulk up the bike modes. Definitely looks a bit more Junkionish. With the knee caps on the front, it's reminding me a bit of where G1 Wreckgar's feet would be too. Did I hear that right? You pretty much clip the chest piece on and then don't have to worry about removing it for transformation? Everything else though, I'm assuming has to be partformed? How much hindrance is there if you leave the existing front wheel on?
Cool looking set. Does it work on Wreck-Gar?(Minus the new head of course) Or was the Junkion a pretty heavy remold?
Thr only part of Junkheap that's remolded from Wreck Gar is the head, so this set will work perfectly with him, and in fact, the colors seem to be matched much more closely to Wreck Gar than Junkheap (Sorta hoping then do another run of this guy that more closely matches Junkheap's red)
Alt mode parts integration is really what is selling me on these sets. I also happen to have two Junkheaps already!
Word of warning on one of the pieces. Received my Warrior and Medic sets today. The first time I put on the left knee cap there was a nice clip sound, but after that it went on much too easy, which seemed kind of odd. Turns out the top part of the c-clip is cracked. I was thinking of contacting BBTS about it, but out of curiousity tried the left knee cap from the other set and the *exact* same thing happened. I re-watch Peaugh's review, and I'm noticing when he puts on the left knee cap it goes *very* easy, much like my now cracked knee caps. Peaugh, are yours cracked too? I also googled some reviews, and its not just bad luck with my sets. I would appreciate any advice on how to fix this to prevent a complete breakage. I'm not sure its worth contacting BBTS, because if they do replace it, it'll most likely happen again because of how the piece is constructed. It doesn't have the proper give like the c-clips on the kit's wheel and gun.
Hmm. Nothing nearly that bad, but yeah, I looks like mine may have a small crack formin there. But it's only on the outer side, the inner edge seems fine.
