he posted another one starting at 99 cents, but still 22 bucks shipping... ain't he swell?

 

I wanna know what in the heck is the seller thinking? $300 is freaking crazy! Does the seller know that hasbro is planning on selling more than 1 shockwave figure and their going to hit shelves in a couple of months.

 

The sad thing is I paid less that than for my boxed one WITH EMS shipping. $300 PLUS another $22 for standard airmail is well, I can't realistically call it ridiculous, since I've paid a lot (not $300, but a lot) for some of these pre-release figures. Still, if he thinks he can sell it at that price, eh it's his choice.

 

Well while I think buying pre-release toys is simply moronic and no I dont care about if you can afford it or not or whatever paying considerably more for them simply to get them a few months early is ******ed but on the other hand Im happy that such people exist since they let me see the figs early. Anyway Its a better shot of Shockwave than the original pic just a shame the legs are still a bit too extended but even still it looks soo much better than the official pic where all the limbs were extended.

I see now that Longarm has thumbs, they're just molded in with the rest of his digits.

Is it me or does his cannon double as a mace similar to Lugnut's?

 

Great shots, can't wait for this guy. Especially as there looks to be a Decepticon leadership vacuum and I expect to see him in a more prominent role in season three.

I'm not defending his pricing, but I've been into a lot of stores in Japan and Korea, and anything that is a toy in English packaging is insanely high priced (Classics Prime in box for 350.00), but this is a loose toy so I don't get it. I'm just saying the price isn't incredibly ridiculous compared to some of the stuff I've seen in asian markets

 

I concur. I live on Indonesia, and have survived seeing things like Walmart-Exclusive Classics Devastator being imported here and SOLD at US$120.

 

i hope they sell a redeco of him in purple, just cause it would be funny and kool.

also, just something i noticed that irritates me-is it my imagination, or is there a Decepticon logo on his cannon? cause wouldnt that show in Autobot mode? and speaking of the autobot mode, i love the fact that his chest symbol(s) colorwise match with the other toys (silver for bit, gold for con). thats really cool, though the barrel symbol still bugs me

 

Considering there's a mechanism for swapping the logo on his chest, and that the cannon turns into a cranehook in Longarm mode, I'll bet it gets hidden.
