The elbow joint for Evasion Prime is a little too loose compared to other elbow join. Is there a fix to tighten it up?

Quite honestly, if I have a defect on a toy that gets really annoying, I just take it back to the shop and ask for an exchange, usually no questions asked. Otherwise, the usual fix for lose joints is a layer of glue, I heard, but idk how to apply that evenly.

That's a tough joint to work with. It's a pin, but you can't get to the other end of it to pop it out and try to tighten it. If you can still exchange it, I would.

Exact same thing happened to me. There's not much you can do.

Same thing happened to mine. Super glue did the trick in tightening it back up. Just carefully apply it in the crevasse of the elbow.

I recommend this or you could try heating the top of the pin and pushing it in more.

The right elbow on mine is a tad loose but not enough for me to care. He wields his weapon left handed as a result.

I would skip the glue and use some Future Floor polish. I've used this on a lot of joints on random TF's. Apply with a brush, let it dry and it works great. You can apply more if you need.

This is a bit of dirty pool, but...

You could buy a new evasion prime and return the old one with the new receipt and packaging.

No, I do not support the toy swap practice generally speaking, but this seems to be a decent returns work around.

I found out you can use teeth floss and wrap around the crevasse of the elbow. It appears to work.

I might try that. thanks. Do you have any pictures to show where to apply the glue?

It is kinda hard to do when you have the Takara version.

I used a brush to apply wipe n shine into the joint. It worked well, for all its worth.

Question to those with loose elbows... is it the same arm that holds the gun, and does he always hold the gun on that side?
