So cool! Can't lie, the action does look a lot drier than the other films. Hopefully it's cause their putting money into the CGI and Cybertron scenery.
The fact that most of the action we've witnessed has pretty much either been car chases or random explosions happening with no one around indicates we definitely are looking at more robot screen time this time around, especially with the action scenes.
Yea, it's weird. We haven't seen a big battle being filmed at all, just some small stuff and car chases. It's like they travel to a new place, film the cars driving by and they're off to the next spot.
I could live with that. I just want it confirmed at this point if Dino & Sideswipe survived AOE or not.
Doubtful. I don't think they could even legally do that thanks to that one guy who spammed his terrible fan fiction of a movie he desired literally across the internet in its entirety shoving in override as primes girlfriend.
Apparently some set hands were referring to the car as "the lady", so people probably took that literally and just gave it the name they wanted it to be.
Are you seriously implying that Hasbro would fucking pay some guy who couldn't accept Sentinel Prime was evil instead of simply using a different name for the same character? Not to mention the reason popular theory actually is putting Override's name in context without proof is because that name is actually the highest profile female-used name after Arcee, Elita-1, and Chromia...who already were used for the bikes in ROTF. This is because Override's character in TF: Cybertron as a significant secondary character.
Well technically Elita and Chromia could still show up in a different form. They never were addressed as those names in movie canon, just as "Arcee's components." It also wouldn't be the first time there has been a mix up with names, we all remember the case of the two Devastators in the movies. I'm not saying it's definitely going to happen but the possibility is still there.
No, you're not right, their names was in concepts and the toy bios is still canon (Lockdown being Decepticon is not strongly contradicts the Movie, he may be a former Decepticon) If the Movie would use them again it would cause maaany complaints
At this point I feel like the final battle will take place on some other planet. All the past movies had sets built for the final battle, and on this one all we've seen were small car chases. I think they filmed the final battle in a studio or something hidden from everyone.
I've always felt like the final conflict will either be on abandoned Chicago, or the crashed ship. They filmed quite some stuff we haven't seen in studios.
