Hey, did anyone else notice during the live stream- Wrek-Gar segment that the designer talked about Perceptor running away- The comments went "well I guess microscopes can't run away" and the designer responded with "well he does have tank treads, but we will talk about that later...."

Did we just get a slip that confirmed not only that we are getting a SS Perceptor, but it will triple change with the tank mode?

 

I missed that, but it was leaked on the list for next year.

 

considering he's likely designing/did design Perceptor, im gonna go with its confirmed.

 

He kind of slyly confirmed/hinted at both Swoop and Perceptor

 

I remember him saying that that was the two of the original 3 dinobots, so would that lead to a leader Sludge with cartoony eyes attachment?

 

That's right, Swoop was in the 2nd batch wasn't he. For some reason I thought Swoop was among the first 3

 

They do seem to run together for me- I always have to double think it- I know that Swoop was the second set, but I always have to double think it because of the Gen 2 releases- I always think of "3 dinobots" as Triceratops, T-Rex, Stegosaurus, when in the cartoon the original three were Grimlock, Slag, and Sludge, then Snarl and Swoop came like 3 episodes later lol

 

Yea, and for me it's usually Grimlock, Slag and Swoop that I think of first, really odd how they introduced them in the show
