Seeing this makes me sad that I no longer see your work in regular print. Love the rope and grapple there and great perpective on that leg.

    great movement!

Good to see your work again! I really like the composition in this piece. Its very complicated. I really like the leg stepping forward and the way the propellers just fit right in the space in between his back cannon and the tail section/shoulder area. Nice work. That cable really adds some depth! The twin cannon is a little odd but I really could care less this piece is so cool. Cybertron is wonderful!

one would think TFs have eyes/optics that can move and focus independently from it's head much like how a human's eyes would work. if TFs have visible eyeballs I'm sure you'll see Evac looking straight at you

i guess thats always a problem drawing TFs - u guys should know. its hard if u want to do sideways(long?) glances and stuff like that. not uncommon also with drawing superheroes with mask.

Damn, Joe, your work is simply astonishing - perspective, detail and energy, wrapped up in some truly fantastic linework.

Great to see your work here again - hopefully, that'll get the colours it deserves before too long. :rock

    thanks guys!

ka: yeah, like don said, the intention was kindof to make his 'pupils' looking straight ahead at the viewer. although that doesn't really show at all in my lineart >_< i'll leave a note for the colourist hehe.

TGping: robut art book? nah, i think there are plenty of guys out there (ie don, mako, ks, marcelo, guido, dan khanna, etc.) that could probably do a way better job, but thanks for the support! :)

as for getting back into things, i've been a tad pulled away from tf's for the past little while, but these awesome gf/cyberton toys are making it hard for me not to draw XD

This is the first time I see your work. (Not)
    Hmmm...
    To be honest dude...

You gotta quit your current job and go save the future of TF comics @ IDW! Now! :thumb

    :lol
