An unrelated note: does anyone else wonder if Highbrow would have been a better name for Rotb Stratosphere?

Maybe, that being said I think it’s cool that it’s Stratopshere making his first film and just non-game and comic media. So now it’s possible we could see him show up more.

Think it’s so cool they decided to make a toy only new character the character that will transport our characters.

 

Still gave me the first & fourth film vibe main team when the official released the character artwork promo for the long time ago

Their running pose look a bit good and bad at the same time.

With Giant animal robot team who was the main "Marketing" point of the film.

(With 3 Dinos who didn't appear in the final film)

Plus with The villian team (but only Lockdown who was only the star of the show the rest were just supporting meh.)

 

Not really, actually. The bayverse and Bumblebeeverse are each they're own entity. I honestly prefer him being named stratosphere, as it's a badass name for an awesome looking bot.I think it fits perfectly. Then again, if he were named highbrow id still be happy

 

That's fair.
Highbrow is the only other twin engine fork-tailed plane transformer out there, that why I thought it would fit.

Stratosphere is a cool name though, hope he gets a Studio Series figure!

 

i would not be suprised now if he is our first movieverse Commander in SS. Probably being around Seige Jetfire height or bigger.

 

Stratosphere should be a commander since he’s a big plane. Transit could be a Leader.

Now the question is where is SS commander class DOTM Devcon?

 

Probably not. Probably they would make him a Leader so they don't risk it.

There are definitely some Highbrow design aspects in Straosphere's design, which is pretty cool!

I really hope an eventual SS ROTB Stratosphere is licensed, I like that C-119 alt mode.

 

Thanks to Pulse getting in new stock, I finally have this guy back in my collection. Sold him off in 2021.
