Very. I buy pretty much all of my third party stuff from them, and other than long shipping times (which isn't entirely in their control anyway), I've never had any issues with them. Their customer service is pretty top notch too. I've been able to get replacement parts off them for stuff that broke long after I'd bought it from them

 

Definitely, get all my 3p stuff through them. Been more trustworthy than most North American TF sites for me.

 

I've said it before and I'll say it again: If you have even a little bit of interest in any DNA design kit, BUY IT. If you don't like it or you decide you don't want it later, they definitely keep their value, and they're almost always great at breathing new life into a figure. I've read sooooo many comments of regret from sooooo many people who missed out on a kit cause they didn't think it looked that good, or felt it was too expensive, or whatever, only to have they struggling hard to find it a year later. I've even been in that camp. I didn't think I needed the jetpowered prime/jetfire kit cause you had to do so much work to install it, and now it's one of the best things I own in my collection.

Very much feeling the pain from this, but mostly because I started collecting a Year ago. On the bright side, if Hasbro continues doing reissues for Bots who've gotten Kits then there's a mild chance DNA will continue to do the same if the recent DK-15 reissue is anything to go by.

 

The good thing is sometimes DNA reissues the sets later on.

 

Do any of you own the 3D Blu-Ray version of DOTM? Or alternatively, the Four-Disc Ultimate Edition?
