BB Starscream has a new bro

 

I just noticed (and purchased) that Toyhax has an upgrade sticker set for Studio Series Leadfoot, I must have missed the announcement.

Any word on the other two Wreckers getting sticker sets? I know Toyhax is quite slow with the movie bot sets.

 

Im not tryna corrupt with OOOOOOOOH SCALE but SS-38 is 1/50 and Dotm Leader Sentinel is 1/49. anyone got pics of both modes?

 

It feels like it was just yesterday since SS Grindor's reveal...

...and now he's here in my collection, how time flies!

I love this, even more than Blackout! They use darker plastic for his limbs and the rust/dirt paint job really works well, mainly on the rotor assembly.

Blackout made me realize how important wrist swivels are, just being able to pose his arms like this makes Grindor cooler.

 

I'm trying to decide if I want to replace Blackout with Grindor.

Would anyone here say you could remove the dirt on ss Grindor with that rubbing alcohol trick on kingdom Galvatron?

 

If you have room you can keep them both and make a cool display together.


If you have to choose then you can pick whether you want Blackout's tighter joints or Grindor's articulated hands.

Same. It never arrived in my country, but if it did and I got it over MV1 Ratchet I might not have had such a bad experience with the mold.

 

Yeah, its a really good, honestly underrated figure, especially for an earlier SS deluxe, and I like the DOTM colors a lot more than on MV1.

Thanks! A little bit of silver really helps break up the green and get rid of the bland look that the legs had. It would have been nice if Hasbro had done it themselves, but I won't lie, I love doing fairly simple customs like this.
