WOW thanks for pointing that out it does looks similar to the 488. It becomes even more forgiveable with this fact. Although the brief glimpse of the back in the livestream screams NSX. But either way looking forward to picking this guy up. This has been 9 years in the making

I'd say yes, but then again I had Firage for years, which is an almost perfect transforming Dino, so as long as this one looked OK I'd be happy since I sold my Firage. Everything looks really nice in bot mode except the fact that he has two sets of headlights really close to each other. Car mode is a problem, but I guess it works. Maybe there will be an upgrade kit if there aren't too many pinned parts (which I hope there are, since pinned joints are nice).

That was my exact first reaction. The front of the car is boxy as hell. If that were rounded it would honestly be a fine interpretation.

 

SS Dino doesn’t look that bad actually. I mean I’m so used to Firage that anything would look worse I’m comparison, but overall it’s perfectly fine. Car is too boxy, and looks to have a decent sized backpack, but not bad for hasbro.
