GCreation Grimlock came with a mini Optimus (about 4" tall) and it greatly enhances the figure. I'd be so down for SS to do that as well!
Where else should they keep their cocks?

New Soundwave looks terrible, let's re-buy Old Soundwave instead (and, er, clean out any "surprises").

    Real nearby....

I always wondered what happened with the development this toy. His actual robot mode clearly got a lot of the attention and is based on older concept art where he turned into a truck, but then he's got this weird facade of a robot mode on his back for a "satellite" mode that can't stand on its own (compare to Rampage who's got extra legs to balance the pogo-leg) with a "spaceship" mode seemingly made to compensate. Like I'm assuming ILM kept changing the design and HasTak struggled to keep up, but I'm just fascinated by the resulting catdog of a toy we got.

I wasn’t 100% sure who weighed more, so I ran some comparisons.

    Siege Ironhide Vs SS Ratchet
I started off by weighing these two.
    upload_2020-11-6_16-16-59.jpeg
SS Ratchet weighs in at 2.82 ounces
Siege Ironhide weighs in at 2.89 ounces

So in this case, Siege Ironhide is heavier.

    Another comparison
Siege Springer Vs SS 32 Optimus
    Two voyagers this time.
    upload_2020-11-6_16-17-31.jpeg
Springer weighs in at 5.3 ounces
SS 32 Optimus weighs in at 11.2 ounces

Now in this case, Optimus is notably a lot heavier than springer. But I’ll do one last comparison.

    Siege Soundwave Vs SS Starscream
    More voyagers.
    upload_2020-11-6_16-17-44.jpeg
Soundwave weighs in at 5.3 ounces
Starscream weighs in at 8 ounces

Yeah Starscream weighs more here.... so in conclusion, I guess SS kind of out weighs Siege.... in my comparison I got 2/3 meaning two of the SS figures I compared out weighed the siege ones, but I’d imagine it be different for every figure.

    TL;DRYes, SS slightly outweighs siege.

That last picture turned out super crisp!

TF07 Megatron is an under-rated design. He looks haunting and evil, like a ghoul or something, in a good way.

The same reason every other Cybertronian vehicle has details that resemble windows.

Its a design that screams raw savage brutality. I love it, it's so movie megatron.

I do need help though. I transformed mpm08 for the first time tonight and I'm having trouble getting his rear end to tab together. Is there any hints or advice on lining his legs up, or the die cast part of the jet top/tailfin? I watched emgo's review but it just seems to come together for him. Mine, the tabs are way off the top part.

You can pivot his feet and splay them slightly in satellite mode so he stands up by himself. Cool pic with laserbeak, never thought of doing that. Whatever happened in the design, it's a sweet robot mode.

I've wanted to get a small scale to try measuring this out for myself. Good insights! Also did not realize Optimus was that heavy of a figure.

Agree! SS Grimlock's pretty much Legion scale already. Bumblebee would actually need to be smaller, but ehh close enough.

This is positively stunning. Everyone give this gentleman a round of applause.

Bit of a weird request, but could you take a picture of him in your hand, to really put into perspective the magnitude of how detailed you made such a small figure look?

Some pics of Blackout, Brawl, and Bonecrusher. I just realized how hectic September and October were with multiple releases!

So finally managed to pickup MPM Ratchet. Simply put, he's awesome. The backpack isn't nearly as egregious on hand as the pictures. Transformation is complex but fun. And he is the epitome of transform it your own way in regards to where his front fenders and roof rack end up. Only gripes are his height (touch too tall) and the visible head in vehicle mode! There's literally the perfect gap for his head to fold into between his arms!

    PXL_20201107_025016247.jpg PXL_20201107_025032673.jpg

It's also immensely satisfying to have the full 07 Autobots finally.

    PXL_20201107_025225579.jpg

And with the rest of my "MPM" Autobots

    PXL_20201107_025521963.jpg

And lastly the full collection of (roughly) MPM Transformers. Seeing the size difference, I've never been more convinced the Autobots would lose.

Thanks so much for taking the time to post this! I get why SS shipping for voyagers costs a bit more now. Guess i gotta stick to WfC for online orders..
