Thanks! I think he is a great figure. He has a good transformation, no QC issues that I'm aware of, good articulation, and looks reaaly great. Kind of the underrated figure in the line. Most of the complaints are regarding the shade of blue used instead of a more subtle purple but it doesn't bother me at all.

I suggest starting with Optimus and Topspin. The others are much better

I don't own all of those figures but based on most fan reception, I'd recommend Topspin and Roadbuster first. The wreckers aren't bad but they are the weakest of the figures you have. After that I think it's totally up to you. Everything else in your haul are super impressive and will be fun to mess with individually no matter what order you go in.

I’d say start with the worst, (which is roadbuster/topspin) and work up from there.

2nd this. If you don't like the shade of blue, bmb has a copy of this guy with the purple for less than $40 I think but in either case you can't go wrong picking up barricade. On that note, you can't go wrong getting any of the carbots whether it's jazz, bee, or barricade

Hmm. This picture has convinced me that I should use the official MPM Optimus and Ironhide with Ratchet, Bee, and Jazz, rather than the OS BMB figs I have now.

I have MPM OP, need Ironhide. Anybody want to sell theirs?

Ratchet and a blue sky night are as good as PB&J

Hey I remember fighting this Chunky Boi on the ROTF game and he's scaled correctly, at least to game's matter

On a complete sidenote, has anyone who has all MPMs tried this two iconic scenes?

I knew Topspin wasn’t popular but didn’t know Roadbuster also wasn’t. Interesting well since I opened Leadfoot, Topspin would make sense to open next.

I don't support KOs but man I really want this. It scales a lot better than the normal SS voyager, which is something I wanted for a long time. I'd also be interested in what their Scavenger looks like

The Matrix WOrkshop set came with the Electro Static Cannon which WJ used in one episode but it was broken before he could use it. So I tried to make a really cool effect for the gun since it was meant to be static

I still really enjoy Roadbuster and think he's my favorite of the wreckers but I can't deny that the cape of a backpack and the poor locking tabs in vehicle mode really pull him down.

But it's more so a testament to how good the rest of the Studio Series figures are.

SS Scavenger got the worst hand in terms of scale in the entire line IMO. Long Haul and Scrapper (BenCherry showed this some time ago) are hardly SS scale but at least they still scale with Legends Carbots and some Deluxes like Movie 1 Brawl and DOTM Prime. All Scavenger can practically scale with is Legends/Cyberverse Class Prime. Though it wasn't really his fault given the size limitations of the Leader Class, he should've at least been a Commander Class.

I feel like all of the SS Constructicons should be upscaled by one class. The deluxes (Scrapmetal, Hightower) become voyagers, the voyagers become leader class and the leader class SS Constructicons become commander class. That way, Devastator would've been bigger (could be a bad thing too), more complex and more accurate. Plus, he and the individual constructicons would scale better with the other SS figures.

SS deserves and needs commander class. It's a shame Hasbro isn't adding it to the figure sizes in the line.
