Dude that is fucking awesome, so happy you have him. The constructicons are definitely a must but I get why you're hold off for now. Hell if you're really patient you should be able to get it done around Christmas if they choose to have some good sales so good luck hunt though. Now back to Jetfire because I just wanted to say you're lucky asf to have seen the real thing lol

 

Got Leadfoot. For ours, the weapons stayed on pretty good except for the right missile piece in bot mode. The bottom slot was tight. The top slot was loose, which is the bot mode connector. When I looked inside, it looked a bit warped and there was some extra flash. Cleaning out the flash actually made it worse. Instead of barely staying on, now it won't stay on at all in bot mode. The left missile top slot could be tighter but was not that bad. In alt mode, everything stays on just fine.

I may scuff up one side of the upper slots and then apply a thin layer of epoxy to narrow the slot size down enough. I almost thought about making resin copies of these but they have the opposite connector types that I would want. Other figures have the half size pegs on the weapons and half size ports on the bot. Leadfoot has it the complete opposite way.

I'll let the epoxy harden overnight and try it out in the morning.

Leadfoot's bot mode is truly hideous...so of course my son wanted him.

 

But they made Scrapmetal and Thundercracker

Completed the Wreckers tonight after a Target run. They look awesome together! These should be my final Studio Series figures unless they decide to make the rest of the Dinobots.

 

You gotta buy one of the 07 toylins takara figure. When I bought Landmine he came with it.

 

I'm not one for repaints but I'd be all for a battle damaged Jeep Bee with battle mask headsculpt.

Yeah. He wasn't the best in accuracy but he was still an upgrade from Lockdown. I could look at him and say 'he doesn't look like Hot Rod but he still looks good enough'. The Lamborghini alt was great too.

Right now I'd say chances are slim. We've only seen Grimlock and there seems to be no plan to make the other three.

 

They made Wheelie. I don't care if he was a tiny rubber figurine, they still made him. He humped a woman's leg. Humped it, like a dog. He was offensive and crude. If he got a toy, they will too. We live in the age of offense, yes, but Hasbro also knows we're a very vocal community that demands their attention and their product. They only get a pass with G1 Megatron because of gun laws. There's no such thing preventing them from producing Skids and Mudflap. If they don't, Takara-Tomy will.

 

Tried the epoxy method and let it sit overnight for Leadfoot's missiles. The upper slot on the left one now fits quite snug. The right one now feels like what I did before I cleaned out the flash (which was a mistake in retrospect). Going to do a second layer and that should be it then.
