I regret posting anything Tim Heada kit related now. Thought the newer kits were improved but no...just awful. Anyhow, didn't fix the SS54 Megatron kit yet. I think I can fix the broken dual hand connector pieces but will take some time. Highly NOT recommended. All the various connector pieces / panels are oversized...by a lot...in all 3 axes. No testing was clearly done. Reminds me of Matrix Workshop's awful lack of QC. Will never buy a kit from either ever again. Now I recommend avoiding the upcoming TH Devastator kit if QC is going to be this awful. I didn't realize the pieces were oversized until I noticed the dual hand piece getting stuck when inserting into the arm and then breaking when trying to remove. There is a lot of sanding work to be done to even render the kit usable. Out of the box? Fails as does not work. The long cannon is also warped on top of all this. Broken dual hand piece. The preview pic shows this piece being a different color and not plain white, which is the final look (also another minus). The pieces did remove some paint from my figure but in the unseen areas inside the forearms. Shame, because the overall deco is fairly decent. There is a long PAINTED OVER tab for this to fit in the arm; need to sand off the paint and file down the tab to size. Only one arm is holding this up as the dual hand piece is broken. Needed heavy sanding and still tight. The long cannon is warped. Still waiting to hear back from TFSafari about this. I'm not sure if I even want to fix this anymore, because it will take a lot more effort than what I want to do.
