@Sayan Rahman I got a delivery confirmation last week from USPS and no package. It showed up the next day, luckily. Nothing to do with FedEx though.

I looked up the QandA section for the BBTS Policies, going off by what they said, I'm going to look around and ask some neighbors if they received my package. I'll wait a day or two to see if it shows up randomly, hopefully, it does. In the case it doesn't, I'll have to contact my post office or something somehow if none of that works I'll have to contact BBTS directly, I just hope I can get this resolved, this situation is so unlucky and isn't anyone's fault really

I would do what @savio-prime said which is wait a day or two. Sometimes they just scan things but don't actually deliver them for some dumb reason. Then if it still doesn't show up call USPS, select track package, then say press 0 and say representative to talk to someone. They're usually very helpful once you get to a real person.

It's really hard unless you position the arms JUST RIGHT. My advice would be: do the lower body first, then separate everything in the upper body, do the bumper, then position the hood pieces and the arms WITHOUT pegging anything together yet. Then try and get the side panels all right, then do the top panels last.
