Err, cool shoes. But, umm, this is the movie toys thread.
Thanks.. I will make my measurements later today, I am working on (Human Alliance) Soundwave's legs at the moment so My desk is full ;-)
Please if it is no trouble.. I would like to know if I should get this hotrod or the La hire one..
I doubt it’s a popular choice, but I'd love to see a ThreeA Crosshairs.
Are you sure that height doesn’t include the claw/arm? Both the length and the width puts Steel Claw closer to 1/30, and if you include the claw when measuring the height of the truck it’s about 13,5cm tall.
alright.. now I want all the measurements of the Bonecrusher!
My package came, and ROTF Leader Class Optimus Prime is a glorious thing. As amazing as the accuracy and relative scale of Studio Series is, this guy really does make me miss the days when Leader Class toys were massive toys with lights and sounds and greater parts counts.
Ironhide really needs to be fixed, he just needs better joints.
His sculpt is amazing.
Three Zero has excellent customer service. I should have reached out to them months ago! My 3A Optimus lost a pinky several months back, and I only just reached out to them about it last week. A few emails later and they had a pinky in the mail for me. But not only that, they said it would take 3-4 weeks since it was coming from Hong Kong, BUT IT GOT HERE IN 3 DAYS. Serious kudos to them. He finally feels complete again
This is just pure awesomeness!!
This is awesome!! I'm really happy for you!!
Damn it!! Now I want the KO again lol.
Hotrod is actually taller than Bee in the movie. But here, I hope this helps
I finally fixed my SS44 orange paint shading issue on the truck head with Elmers red paint marker and plastic tooth pick (I know it is far from perfect)
Should I stick with this or swap with arm panels from SS32? (since my SS32 cap mode does not hold up as got as this one.)
That and they're sturdy as fuck(leader Starscream with pin cracks and the messed up automorphing foot on my Premium Prime aside). They're fun toys.
I wouldn't swap. I think he justs seems so lacking and plain without the orange. But that's just me.
Dang, these leader primes look nice. Should I get one?
If they made a DLX Blackout, I’d get it in a heartbeat. One of my all time favorite TF designs for sure.
Starscream’s landing gear pins cracked the sockets on every copy I had, but you wouldn’t even notice unless you were looking super close up. Hell I didn’t even know it was an issue until I read about it on TFWiki, and subsequently checked them
Those are cracked on mine and on a chest piece but the hinges themselves are still functional, nothing cracked off, thank goodness. I think the only leader pre-2012 molds I didn't like much were Bumblebee and ROTF Megatron. The rest are pretty good, just wish Sentinel was more intuitive to transform.
Thank you, your suggestion is noted.
If you are talking about SS44 Leader Prime, that depends on your budget. I have decided to get SS44 because my car insurance company refunded me a portion of my fee. I brought this one from BBTS and it has some problems that SS32 did not have, such as left wrist joint bending down too easily. I suggest you buy SS44 at retail and check if the forearms orange paint shadings are too far from even, so you can return it if you did not like it.
The bullbar on Barricade is supposed to be folded into the torso to be as screen accurate as possible for the official release. Also, my HFTD Starscream is fine. The only problem my copy has is that the button for the transformation noise no longer works.
Did someone mention Megatron?
Also, i just opened this guy after a year! I really like this guy.
Barry belongs to my son, so I'm not super familiar with it.
Would you mind posting a pic? I'm looking at it now, and I'm not seeing how to fold it further into thre torso. Thanks in advance!!
I didn’t mind ROTF leader Megatron at the time, and still don’t for the most part. The only things I wished for at the time were that he had a regular right arm with a hand (and/or the very least had an elbow for said arm), and better head movement.
DOTM leader Bee I never owned because it looked terrible imo. Proportions were wack
On Cybertron we were gods, and here they call us--
