Thank you!   The Bumblebee and Optimus are Transformers RPMs. They were basically plastic cars and they had the robot mode molded into the bottom. The line was only around when ROTF released. I have a few of them, and they're nice things to have. Unfortunately they can't transform, but they're still really cool! There was a Devastator track set where the Autobots/Deceptions could drive around but they had to get past Devastator and there would be obstacles everywhere too. That set was really fun, I sold it away though  .


I have Sideways, Long Haul, Bumblebee, Barricade, Optimus Prime, Jolt and Megatron. I can take some pics of them later if you want!

As much as I like Studio Series Long Haul, I kinda wish he was a more similar green to the original voyager. Maybe not quite as bright, but still a few shades lighter than he is

Also, I really need to track down that non-combining legends figure. Always thought that one looked neat. It's a HFTD release right?

 

This guy is so awesome, I really hope we get him in Studio Series next year!

I'm super torn on how I'm gonna display my primes now. I have TOO MUCH VARIETY! Do I display Jetwing prime with the jetpack, in vehicle mode with the trailer, or standing next to the ring? I love all three options. And jetpowered prime looks amazing with his armor on but then he can't really stand with the other autobots without visually overpowering them. Then there's ss05 who doesn't really fit with anything anymore but I still like him...

Every time I have a figure early it's ebay. Unfortunately I don't have a walmart anywhere near me and target, although better than most stores, still tends to be a wave behind and they're sold out a lot anyways near me.

The shield is the dumbest thing ever. Really didn't put any thought into it at all! I found a couple alternate ways for him to hold it that don't look dumb as hell but then it falls out easily. And even if you DO get him to hold it in a normal way, it's way way too small to look cool anyway! Here's my attempt to recreate that one shot from dotm:

Unfortunately I can't seem to find anywhere decent to attach the ss05 swords to the ring. However there is so much molded detail and places were you might be able to shove it. The tab you mentioned is way too thin to actually plug in anywhere.

Honestly? Jet mode looks amazing but bot mode looks bad. The proportions are way off. I have 100% faith that hasbro will eventually do a blitzwing though so I ain't too mad.

 

Anyone with a Studio Series 32 or 44, how possible would it be to add a smaller ball joint or revoltech type swivel joint to Prime's hands so that he can tilt his swords forward like an actual person would?

 

I'm also waiting on the Hasbro Blitzwing. A lot of the appeal for me is that mold being repainted to make more Seekers, which would be too expensive to collect at 3rd party prices. And it's probably MP scale anyway.

Speaking of which, I hope we get a reveal of SS Blitzwing at one of these Expo's before the year is over. Just seeing it would be great.

 

Nabbed Long Haul at Target yesterday morning. It's rare I end up getting lucky at retail so I was pretty stoked. 3/8 of the way there, damn lol.

He's a beefy boi and I love him. Not without his flaws, but of the three I have he's definitely my favorite.

 

Ahhhhh yes I remember these now! They were pretty small and cute haha. I think they work great as toys for your toys

That’s too bad, although I won’t count it out yet. I found places to store both of Prime’s swords and his ion canon on Jetfire (probably repurposed other tabs and slots) so if it’s there, I’ll track it down!
