Honestly, I really like him as well. The head on mine was like glued until it broke free somehow. I guess I constantly tried to turn the head so many times that it just suddenly agreed to turn. Now, he's perfect and I love him. Wish I could say the same for Shatter...
That's very interesting. I'll check my Barricade this weekend to see if he has that issue. Sorry to hear that, bud.
It better. I'm anticipating for Dino, Megatron 2007, Sentinel, Soundwave, Wreckers, and Shockwave as of currently.
On mine, her right arm doesn't stay in well. It's pretty loose on there and pops way too easily. I'm honestly disappointed with her and I haven't been so disappointed with Studio Series ever. I wish Hasbro does make a jet mode that is superior because I'm likely gonna leave Shatter in car mode once her jet mode is revealed. Poor girl deserved better.

what are you using for the smoke job windows? Anything Alcohol base will destroy clear plastic. I'm sure you know that before hand, but I had to ask anyway. I completely blackout windows with Gundam markers and they havent cracked at all. That sucks big time btw, its why I hate clear plastic to begin with. Lost an Energon starscream(his upper arms and elbow are clear plastic) and Prime RID Powerizer(?) Voyager Optimus prime, and a tab on Power of The Primes Jazz torso shattering. Its the new GPS epidemic.

What's so weird is my dropkick came with 0 QC issues. The funny part is that 90% of my SS figures have at least 1 QC issue of some sort, but my dropkick has NONE. Figure that out...

Speaking of SS figures, it looks like 1000 ratings have crept up on me without my realization! Wasn't sure what to do to celebrate, so I thought I'd show off my 95% complete SS collection. Just looking for BB Optimus and DOTM Optimus, but after that I think that's it for me:

And now, for an all out war:

Wave 6 has mostly been spotted at Targets, but has there been any sighting of them in Walmart?

Congrats on 1K likes! Great photos you got there but an Optimus would be the cherry on top. The wait won't be long!

Something to note with SS DOTM Megs is that giving him the 90* chicken leg bend and raising the kneecaps will make his legs as bulky as possible and closer to the CGI compared to the two most common leg poses from people's pics in addition to having better height consistency with the ROTF version. photocomp.png
As you can see on the second and third comparison, something as minimal as posing the kneecaps makes his legs extra thicc look better!

    EDIT: small grammar fixes

One of the best Transformers made in the past 10 years. And without a doubt the best of the past two or three (and I say that mostly a CHUG person). The only weakness on him is his hands have no potability and are molded in a weird pose.

He's also one of the most complex Transformers since RotF Leader Optimus Prime.

The only thing a masterpiece would have over him is a larger size, more paint, and a more complex transformation on some segements for an accurate helicopter underbelly. He's easily the single best Studio Series figure, bar none.

Retail man, some people are lucky since some stores got the wave 6 guys in early.

Thanks and yeah, really excited to get both my primes! DOTM will be a while, but the bb prime is releasing in early April, so I'm super excited for him! :) I pre-ordered him on Amazon, so I hope he comes in stock soon...

Honestly, it really depends. I've heard some who love him and others who don't care too much for him. I'd personally give him a 9.5/10 (as he's one of my favorites in the entire line) but there are a few things to be aware of:
    - His hands look weird. He's got permanent muppet hands and there's nothing you can do about it.
    - His articulation is very limited. So if you like super dynamic posing, just keep in mind that this figure can't do those things due to the nature of how he looks in general. He does have some nice ankle tilting though.
    - His transformation is frustrating for some people. I personally only had an issue the first time around, then found it enjoyable later on.
    - Some people don't like his size for a leader, but if you're accustomed to the SS scale, this really shouldn't be too much of an issue.

About a 6-7. Great molding, good paint but it's hard to get him in a few poses, annoying transformation and things don't tab together.

My ROTF Stratosphere refuses to tab in on one side. Is there something i'm doing wrong?
