Welp, I decided to order Megatron and Starscream from GameStop, considering I'm getting them for the price of one, how could I resist?

I have both of those and they're pretty good figures. Just beware of the panels popping off on megatron. Other than that they're great! A steal for those prices.

Hoping my Brawl doesn't have any issues either. Super excited to get him  

 

As far as I know, no, none yet... it would be cool if we get an effect parts pack down the line but right now they're only with the battle masters.
Best bet is maybe buy off someone who collects battle masters and doesn't use the effects?

Hasbro could make some good money with an "effect and accessories pack" like what NECA does.

First time I've heard someone say that, especially with the blast effects for the siege line, I think Hasbro would really benefit from releasing a pack of just effect parts. And I personally would also like effect parts to be released with mp and mpm figures, just like how bandai does it with their figma and robot damashii stuff.

 

Even then they could take the opportunity to release stuff that doesn't fit within the traditional size classes like a Frenzy in his "headcrab" mode or an oil drum with hatchlings to go with DOTM Megs. Hell they could use this release alternate sculpts like an Optimus with his face damaged and kicked in to breathe new life into the first release of Studio Series Optimus.

 

So with my evolving thoughts on Legendary Optimus....it definitely looks like the best Evasion Optimus to me mold-wise(not counting Weijiang Commander because I don't have it and I'm not really interested). However is Legendary Prime worth getting if you already have the voyagers? The voyagers have smoother joint movement and a gun that's easier to wield. Legendary is great but a mixed bag.

Great in all the ways I thought it would be, underwhelming in some ways I knew about, others that still managed to surprise me. As is it's definitely a looker.

yeah no one did, yet there it is in that showcase, new colors and all that. wonder why they advertised their upscaled SS one instead of the MPM version  

 

Normally I'm not one to consider knockoffs as an option, but that would probably be my exception. I really want a good Shatter.

 

Probably cause the mpm version is terrible and inaccurate for the price, but we've had this conversation before. I'm just wondering if BMB has done anything to fix the backpack or the fiddly transformation.

its still better than the SS, which is why i'm confused about the lack of marketing. as for fixing stuff, if you notice, the doors look like they are a bit higher up and splayed out more than the original could, which makes me think they might have changed something there.
