See, the plot actually sounds like it could be funny if it were ANIMATED. But it's not, so it's gonna come out awkward.

Its not even close to be a good idea. Why couldnt they adapt how Timmy meet Cosmo and Wanda? Atleast thats a tad better than this...thing...

You're half right. I'm definitely seeing it, but I think it will be terrible. However, it seems like the perfect kind of movie to have a good laugh at  .

Dammit, Nickelodeon, haven't you learned from your past mistakes? You simply cannot make a film based on your cartoons.

Timmy as a 23-year-old who's in fifth grade, and still believes in fairies? Good God, sounds more like a ******ed stoner character. And what's this? He's played by Drake Bell and his Godparents played by George from Seinfeld and...some other woman actress who I've never heard about?

Butch Hartman must be crying in pain right now.

 

The Spongebob Movie years ago had David Hasselhoff. So it partly counts as live-action right?

I was being honest. Drake Bell is way too good for this movie.

The series wasn't all that great to begin with, but to make live action AND have this silly plot? SHIT.

 

Indeed, just check out Superhero Movie for a taste of his acting greatness. 

 

I'll admit, I laughed at that movie. It's a guilty pleasure for me.  

But no, I'm talking about Drake and Josh. I loved that show to death when I was younger.
