Really puts you in the mind of the murderer.
I can definitely say that working retail, working at Walmart no less, does not help and instead worsens any anger issues, stress, depression, etc. etc. that I feel.
The Amazon Prime daily giveaways going on right now. I haven't won a single one. Not that any of them were something I actually want...
When a video game series changes their control scheme. After playing Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, then playing Arkham Knight, I keep calling and jumping into the Batmobile when I instinctively try to go into detective mode
I need to print a shipping label but this piece of shit printer won't print black ink even though the cartridge was new a couple months ago and was used maybe three times. Printers are the fucking worst.
I hate shopping at walmar. 99% of the workers there a straight up clueless and so freaking slow it's absolutely insane.
4th busiest day of the year.
2 cashiers, one bagger(me).
Pls kill me.

Actually, I don't think I want to die I think I'll go after the man responsible.
Try being freelance and fighting with getting clients to PAY UP on their invoices sometime. The only redeeming quality I see in Corporate Serfdom, you know your paycheck is coming on specified date without having to say "FINAL NOTICE, will be sent to collection agency on ____."
Tries to put away first aid kit that kiddo leaves out.
Tries to put away band aids that I forgot to put back
Successfully puts away band aids
Breaks vial of super sparkly nail polish in the process
@geekatron prime I guess it's my turn for comic irony.
I think irony would have been you cutting yourself putting away the first aid kit.
Those "I dont care posts" but here is a 20 page analysis about it. Dude, are you fucking kidding me?
Not so "little," but... people who insist on injecting politics into absolutely EVERYTHING. Some of us have hobbies to GET AWAY from that, and if you're so obsessed that everything has to be made political... well, it would be my strong suggestion as a former Psych student that you seek clinical help.
Refreshingly honest and true.
Thanks, @pilot00 . For the record, let me note that even though my politics are the opposite of most who insist on injecting politics here, I also say the same thing to those on my own side who are similarly maladapted to reality.
Mind you, this is a fairly active political activist saying this... but if you let ANYTHING become your entire life that's not healthy.
Oh I feel you. I am a neutral party myself but I can tottaly understand what you are saying.
Fucking fireworks. I hate them. My friend is having a PTSD breakdown over them, and she's in another state, so I can't help her. I hate them with a passion. I don't care if people want to celebrate. It traumatizes the people who protect America. They freak out pets. They set fires. They're explosives that are used by people without the proper training to use them. I know that people want to celebrate, but I think it needs to stop.
My family's big fireworks extravaganza was just getting started when the window of opportunity to fire them off suddenly ended and a huge supercell of a rainstorm hit. We managed to save all the fireworks that we had in the field and hadn't set off yet, but it's coming down hard and we may have to delay until tomorrow.
July 4th has been rained out three years in a row and only last year did we manage to get the show off before the rain really came down. This is probably the last year the whole family can be in town to do this, too, so next year when we aren't holding it chances are it won't rain for once.
