I really enjoyed Arcee's design in Transformers vs The Terminator. That design managed to look very Arcee while giving her alt mode kibble. Give a little more G1 aesthetic like that custom on these boards, and I think that makes for a great overhaul of her design.

That guy was named Daytrader so no this is based on a specific Junkion from the 86 movie. Although is this replacing the generic Junkion that was rumored or is this guy seperate?

it was good design unfortunately as we all know they’re not getting visually creative with CHUG at the moment. It’s all about making them look like the cartoon now. Personally I miss how creative and modern looking characters got for 10 years

 

I just hope there are alternate heads or switchable parts that will give Junkyard multiple looks and give me an excuse to troop build them! I've already got two Wreck-Gar preorders in at Amazon so if Junkyard and Wreck-Gar can mix and match like SS86 Kup and the Kingdom Fossilizers, even better!

PERCEPTOR! So glad I didn’t spend 80 bucks on Legends or TR Perceptor!

I have BB studio series prime and a VW Bumblebee that I love but most staying from the Bumblebee figs since WFC is a better fit for my tastes. Glad they are making those figures though. May get wheeljack and Brawn though if they a cool Cybertronian altmode and just put them with my Siege figures.

As long as he's about Ironhide's size I think he'll be good enough.

I think it's definitely possible seeing as his TR figure was.

 

Excited for the Bumblee figures. I feel like they'll fit well in my CHUG collection (I go for updated designs, not G1 accuracy), and the figures listed are all characters I either don't have or could use an update of. Wonder what the alt modes are gonna be for them, though...

QFT. I... Kinda hate G1 Arcee's design. Especially when looking at how well Animated Arcee was able to pull of a G1-esque design for the character that utilized the kibble effectively. But I digress.

No chance! I have a whole shelf of disgraced/replaced figures. Then again, my my main CHUG display is notably Perceptor-less, so he will even avoid a spot on the shelf of shame... for now.

 

I generally have no problem with allowing multiple versions to occupy a display. Since I often go by season, there's no reason why Perceptor can't exist in both Season 2 and 3 shelves. And he was around for Headmasters, so who is to say he doesn't become one himself in season 4?

 

extremely excited about that perceptor, i have yet to see one good toy of him and i am eagerly waiting for someone to break that streak

 

It would be cool if each SS86 character came with a tiny version of itself to stand on the Haslab Unicron as an accessory.

Or to use with the Ark or city bots.
