I canceled mine for different reasons. As much as I liked the Shockwave (without seagull droppings), it wasn’t worth the price ESPECIALLY now that Marvel Shockwave is coming.

I don’t understand the problem. Just.. don’t buy it?

I suppose, but was I so wrong to assume that Hasbro would put out a 3-pack of 3 of the most easily marketable G1 decepticons that were simple and easy redecoes of existing generations molds, making Hasbro very easy money, especially with SS86 megatron coming next year, it would be an amazing thing for newer collectors to cross off these characters with only a few purchases

The problem is that i (like many users nowadays) expected something else based on early leaked info and this did not meet those expectations.

I won't be buying this (unless I'm buying a gift for a younger relative, in which this would probably make for a good choice, and who knows, this 3-pack might be a future Transformers fan's first toys that they have nostalgia for in a good few years)

If you cancelled a pre-order before knowing exactly what was in the new one that's your fault

Like I said, while I'm disappointed, I'm actually really happy we got to see this as now I can have an easier time making a decision on what to get. Now I just wish we could see United Soundwave to see how his deco will differ from DC Soundwave.

They could've at least had the Cyberverse branding. The Nemesis in the show had the chair too.

Have you tried Savier's Toys in Australia? They claim to have it in stock.

At least they picked some of the better warrior class figures this time.

Siddy-five bucks for some mid-tier Cyberverse toys that don't even have that great of articulation?

Yeeeeeeah at this point I'd consider Hot Wheels Optimus a better buy.

Those are the better warrior class toys. At least they didn't reuse the first cyberverse starscream warrior mold like they usually bring back like a bad rash.

But yeah, this seems rather unnecessary until i realized that they had to reuse the cyberverse molds somehow considering they are still based on those evergreen designs.

This is a you problem, not a Hasbro problem. You can't decide what you want something to be, with no official information and little unofficial information, and then get mad when it doesn't match whatever you made up.

Let's say I expect you to give me $20, based on basically nothing, and then you don't. Now I'm mad at you. Does that seem sensical?

i mean, they did, just not with molds you like

and they made them less expensive and thus more accessible to casual fans by using warriors, which tend to be about $5 cheaper than deluxes

    3 Voyagers would be $105!

    $60ish seems very accessible!

so are you actually mad on behalf of newer collectors, or...

The absolute, most bottom of the barrel, 10 iq compliment I can give them is at least they used the 2nd Starscream mold and not the original that is hollowed than this franchise.

Re-releases nobody asked for. It's not even cool like a random beast wars repaint as a dinobot or something.

Listing title aside, this news is pretty dramatic for those who cancelled that Takara 3-pack. Hope that anyone who cancelled the pre-order out of a misunderstanding can find it for a good price in the aftermarket.

I thought United leader Soundwave would be redundant with Soundwave being in the Commander 3-pack and the Nemesis bridge 3-pack, but now if Commander pack are Cyberverse figures and Nemesis bridge is a Takara products, United Soundwave make more sense. Probably a deco similar to the Takara pack I’d guess.

I live in America, plus international shipping money don’t fit the high school budget lol- I’ll give it a look though, thanks for the recommendation.

I get that this pack isn't really appealing to older collectors but stuff like this and Authentics is great for younger kids to get toys of popular characters. Most kids cant afford to get mainline toys of Starscream, Shockwave, and Soundwave when they’re $30+ a piece.

Ah ok so simply you just don’t like them? Gotcha, these aren’t for me either but there’s clear an audience or else they wouldn’t be made from a business standpoint. This stuff is geared towards the younger less collector oriented audience so it’s not really for the people on this website anyways
