It may be, but when I asked him if he sold it he could also tell me that I was immediately put on the list ^^

I hope that this time they will immediately open the subscription also to non-Americans (and not GB), because I and many of my European friends would really like Star Saber, but if they do as for Unicron...

We do get that currently, Studio Series is the movie line, you've got Generations and then Cyberverse is the current line that would be in place of Prime or Animated

That's not really the same though since Cyberverse is almost entirely pre-existing designs and characters with a new art style and that's it. Even more so than Animated.

eh, that's debatable. Sure, the designs are definitely inspired by G1 (more so than most media lines), but overall there are still some pretty strong differences with most characters if you look beyond the superficial similarities

I strongly disagree. In fact, I feel the dissimilarities are far more superficial. There's no real rhyme or reason for the changes, outside of making the designs more detailed. Animated, by contrast, tended to alter G1 designs with specific purpose, bringing out character in the designs: Ratchet looked old, scruffy and pot-bellied; Blitzwing looked like a Nazi officer with his monocle, helmet, black boots and gloves. Even when Animated altered designs without purpose, they still tended to deviate more heavily than Cyberverse, with designs like Magnus'. Even Starscream being blue is more of a major difference than we'd see these days.

Then again, people now insist that Classics figures aren't G1, because apparently even the slightest deviation from the 80s renders a design completely alien to G1 fans. While it irritates me, as I preferred the old style of CHUG, I could better live with it, if those of us who wanted real change and creativity weren't constantly told that the entire Transformers franchise has to abide to the general look of G1.

Some of the deviations from G1 designs are more focally in alt modes, but there's really no mistaking a Cyberverse design for a G1 design just like there's no mistaking an Animated design for a G1 design. Like I said, definitely inspired by, but they're hardly the same designs. Calling Cyberverse designs the same as the G1 designs is like saying the Kingdom BW designs are show accurate. When you scrutinize the details, they really aren't.

Yeah, that's true, but nobody was trying to argue that the designs are indistinguishable from G1. What I was originally talking about was wanting to go back to the days of there being whole toy lines that are completely different, not just stuff that's different when you "scrutinize the details"; Lines where things like Fossilizers would be the norm, not the exception.

I'm not seeing any pricing for these as yet so that could also be another reason why it's not up for sale?

With larger orders, he could then have a better grasp on what price to ask for these (costs gets lowered with increased quantity, all that stuffs.)

So I found this on TFWiki

In this universe, the Beast Wars were waged in Alpha Q's universe 300 years after the Autobot/Decepticon war. The Maximals and Predacons fought multiple sub-wars on these planets until the Alternity had to step in. In the War of the Waves on Ocean Planet, it was jellyfish Predacons against crustacean Maximals; on the Iron Planet, for the War of the Mines, Predacons were motile fungus and the Maximals took the form of burrowing monsters; Blizzard Planet's Ice Age War saw everyone as mega-fauna; the Data War on Circuit Planet had with varying species of mechamorph; the Dust War on Plains Planet had Maximal creatures of earth, wind, and fire against Predacon oni, tengu, and kappa; Jungle Planet's Elemental War had everyone as a Battle Beast; and the Colossus War on Rock Planet saw everyone disguised as a Rock Lord. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/06/03

Okay I want the Dust War and Colossus War to get toys. I want my Mythical Beast Wars dang it! Also Rock Lords just Rock Lords.

Also “motile fungus?” do the Predacons on Iron Planet turn into Goombas? Super Mario Bros. Collaboration when?

It'll be the Best. Army Builder. Ever.

I don’t know about a whole forest but I could see one giant tree. Maybe give it a Norse vibe and make it Yggdrasil?

how about the world turtle/tortoise with several trees on their back?

Someone - possibly Wreckgar - said exactly that a while back; that Hastak don't know where to place him so they're hanging onto him.
