Shadow Striker is definitely the star of the show for me. Too bad about the Walmart exclusivity, though. Lio Convoy and Needlenose are definitely cool too. I really want to see Lio with the realistic detailing and hope we get a Thundertron reference from it.

Would have rather had TFP Breakdown in place of Tarn but I am damn curious about what it'll look like. If it can pass as an Earth tank I'll be in. Hopefully Breakdown is just in another wave.

Armada Megatron is such a cool design I'm glad it's getting another homage. I might repurpose it as Liege Maximo unless they throw a curve ball and give us a real Maximo to go with Jhiaxus.

 

Man, if this wasn't from a very reputable leaker I'd write this off as wish fulfillment. But it's also got strange enough picks that I can't help but believe it. Core Dinobots but they're not leading with Grimlock? A Core Soundblaster but no sign of a Voyager one? Fucking Needlenose? That has Hasbro written all over it.

I'm excited to see what we get. I think just from some of the names we can make a few assumptions, like the Velocitron Hot Rod being the long-awaited screen-accurate deco with the maroon colors. The figures I'm most interested in are Leo Convoy, Hot Shot, and Skyquake, since I could very easily see it being a mash-up of G2 and Prime Skyquake, which I think would be neat. I wonder if they'd do a Dreadwing repaint in that case?

As for the others, Leo Convoy is just always a star, such a neat design. And Hot Shot, I wonder if they'll continue the trend of making him blue to differentiate him from the other yellow, plucky kid-appeal character like how he was in Cybertron?

 

I can only hope this is where next year will take us. So much potential for the future of the franchise if true. Fingers crossed.

I mean I haven't seen anything from Hasbro to suggest faithful designs from Prime, so.....

Still they look closer to the show than just a straight up repaint (which is more faithful compared to just a straight up repaint). It’s be a new mold. Either way as long as the design has elements of the show like Arcee and the others I’m fine with the G1-ified look. Hoping for a Cliffjumper and maybe Bumblebee. Since I prefer those designs over their G1 counterparts.

 

Woooo yeah , Tarn getting a official mainline figure ,  Hot shot , Armada Megatron , and Hot rod , with i think it will be idw inspired but cant wait to see next year

I have been wanting a proper (and affordable) Tarn figure since he showed up in the Cyberverse finale movie (I would’ve even accepted a figure of him in the Deluxe line of Cyberverse), so finally getting him in Generations is a wish come true!

Same goes for Shadow Striker, been wanting her since her Spotlight roles in Cyberverse and IDW 2019
