I’m happy about this because this probably means a bunch of people are gonna put the old Generations version on eBay and I can actually get one for a reasonable price

 

Alright I’m still semi hyped because if Straxus was far along enough to still have the page up on Amazon Australia then I think there’s a solid chance we’ll see him next year. Like I doubt they’d have him at a point where they’re ready to put him on online retailers and then just scrap him entirely. So even if it is the Megatron that hasn’t been updated on Amazon au I still feel like we will see him.

 

For the first time in ten years, going back to the Fall of Cybertron video game subline of Generations, I must make the crucial decision to NOT go completist on the Legacy line, and I must pick and choose which Transformers figures to collect, due to the Legacy line becoming so enormous.

Some figures I am passing on include, Titan Cybertron Metroplex, deluxe Prime Knockout, voyager Armada Starscream, and leader Blitzwing.

The main reason I am in this position is due to Hasbro continuing to bump up the prices of the Transformers figures by $3 just about every six months.

 

I certainly hope he was scrapped entirely, or at least hastily retooled into skyquake and abandoned. When we get a Straxus we should get a real Straxus instead of whatever the idw character sharing his name was.

 

And here I am surprised that I'm excited for two whole figures in year 2 wave 1

 

Oh my God, that's awesome. I was kind of hoping they'd get around to Straxus but I had no idea it'd be so soon. With him, Tarn, and Skyquake, we're really getting some amazing Decepticons next year. Icing on the cake would be a Commander Class Blackout or Overlord

Is there any way for the news post to either be edited or removed from the front page? The listing is for tm2 megatron since he replaced the originally planned and now (hopefully) scrapped idw straxus and Australia hasn't updated the listing to reflect this like America has

Straxus, Laser Prime, Tarn, Marvel Impactor, Leadfoot, Armada Megs, Scourge, Override, Antferno, Ransack, Crankcase, Needlenose, the unobtainable Earthrise dudes, Tarantulas, Knock Out, and on and on and on.

Edit: Piss. I'm not giving up hope yet though. If his name is in the system, he'll be here eventually.

 

This is cool and all but why is that impactor and jhiaxus get to have their real names but straxus still has to be called darkmount?
