    Anybody say Pointblank yet?

    How about Erector? I've seen him posed as a pimp chain.

    not really, lol he's anything but a brick in g1 terms.

    waist;

    upper arms, lower arms, both side move to the side, and up and down.

    legs have knee joints, and hip. along with feet joints due to the transformation.

    galvatron is very possible, he is just hard to stand because he is very top heavy.

    yes they didn't like the fact that his legs are stuck together; but if one was to think about it, if the calfs did not have that middle piece they would also be possible.

    just like sixshot; he has a little piece of plastic between the legs, denying his legs from posing, but if one was to remove that little plastic piece, they'd be possible. :)

    I seem to recall hearing something somewhere about leg articulation and safety laws in the 80s. The version I recall has to do with the the distance the legs had to separate from each other to avoid pinching small fingers. If they couldn't meet that distance, the legs weren't permitted to separate at all, which is why you got one-footed Throttlebots and guys like Sixshot. That is, until ball-jointed hips.

    I think it was one of the Hasbro Q&As, but don't hold me to that.

    edit: a-ha!

    Anyway, I found that neat and I thought it explained the lack of leg articulation among later G1 toys.
