Iron Maiden in the Transformers live action movies? No thanks. Saw the guys play a festival here several months ago and they were absolutely awful live. Granted the majority of their set list that I stuck around for was their new material.

As for Iridescent; love the song, like the video - I'm going to await the full 1080p version before making any final judgment. The low-resolution conceals a lot of the finer details that will definitely add to the video.

Song suits the tone and theme of the movie just fine - specifically if the film ends the way many of us are suspecting.

 

Can you imagine it in color? 1080p? Or 3D??? Crap, that transformation was slow and fully in the one camera shot. Much like Blackout from TF1. Amazing.

 

Megatron's transformation was AWESOME. Best part of the video hands down.

 

Now I want a Leader Class Megatron more than ever.

Wasn't that a shot of Megatron from the back towards the beginning too?

Reminded you of blackout too? Glad I'm not the only one that noticed. I see people are liking the cloak, I just think it's silly honestly. Is this megatron ashamed of himself?

 

Megatron looked cool...shockwave....looked cool...but WOW...Sentinal Prime looked baddass man..

Music is lame. It picks up towards the end, but so lame... Worse than U2...

I would have rather heard Sixx AM, Foo Fighters, Metallica or Disturbed...

well after recently watching ROTF (for the 1 millionth time) I think he's ashamed for the defeat and loss of the 1st 'Con(as Grandpa Blackbird said) and for (the most obvious reason) the giant hole in the side of his head which is a constant reminder of his defeat at Giza but those two parts of the vid with Shockwave and Megs were amazing but I hope 'Bee dies a horrible death in this film for killing my cat in the last one (even if he was brought back in the comics) R.I.P. Ravage kitteh

 

Holy crap...I don't care who you are - Megatron transforming was EPIC. And to make my balls explode, the final bit of him transforming is him pulling his cape over his shoulder.

I dunno why, but a giant robot with a cape like that is just so f*cking bad ass to me. Maybe it's because it lets me know that they're gonna be whuppin' ass and takin' names. Don't let me down, Megatron.

agreed, i like it as well and people are saying they dont think emo rock bands fit the genre, well in linkin parks defense this is one of their less emo songs ive heard and i too think it fits the movie as well, anyway comments on the video itself, it was wierd like most other music videos these days, what was up with that dog? but finally theres a cool glimpse of sentinel prime megatron, and shockwave so theres something, but it kinda sucks i felt that there were more decepticon scenes rather than autobot ones, but yeah i kinda agree with the people who are saying that they wish that linkin park made an original song, i too wish that they made an original song.

 

well I know hes the kid friendly character but come on ravages death was a little brutal but i am sick of all the shelfwarming DOTM bees at walmart i counted bout 50 in a 5ft by about 6 & 1/2ft section thats F'in ridiculous honestly this is DOTM's shelfwarmer other than skids and mudflap

 

Sentinel Prime looks awsome and Megatron transforming looks soooooo friggin cool!!!!

Man, Megs and Sentinel look so badass, i love how the first thing megs does is pull up his hood.
