So, when Lucas turns into whatever he does from the thing Lockdown throws at him, they keep the camera on him quite a bit. And with all the play around the idea that OP was built and not born, combined with the Cyberforming or whatever it's called on Earth that created the Dinobot looking things that were frozen, Does that mean the the Original TF's were just aliens that were hit by those creator's cyberforming? It would explain why things have completely different anatomy, like the DOTM 4 legged monster and like half the shit in ROTF.
I thought it was a mood/artistic thing. Which if the case was done well; it created a deep sense of foreboding.
Oh YES I totally loved that shot. The car looked absolutely wicked in every sense of the word. Seemed like Lambo embraced the villain role for their car.
The main thing I got out of the lingering was how little Lockdown gave a damn. Didn't give the corpse a second glance.
It was pretty brutal moment. I never thought I'd see stuff like that (or the Decepticons killing humans in TF3) in a Transformers movie. For all the jokes Bay crams in there, he actually has a knack for dark, violent moments.
That was probably my favorite shot in the whole movie. Half a minute of that repeating music, and slow motion explosions, about 5 seconds focusing on Lucas being behind the other three, and then, boom, he's hit.
Cyberforming! Man I had this idea in my head for so long! Glad they're finally bringing it in the movies!!!!!!!
