Sorry, not sure of its age, read it in the metro news paper yesterday so thought was relatively new. I guess the age of news on the internet is like dog years compared to the news in the papers. I'm sure this has already been discussed in the GTA5 thread. The chance of her winning is entirely remote, GTA5 is satire, and Lacey Jonas is a representation of all hollywood celebrity/paparazzi. Lindsay Lohan is unfortunately the very epitome of that whole cliche, so of course there are going to be loose parallels with her 'life' and the game. The only thing Rockstar did wrong is making Lacey Jonas look so bland and generic, so anyone can fit her. Plus considering how little (relatively) her 'character' plays in the game even if Lohan wins what does she expect? Stupid lawsuit is stupid. Slightly off topic, I used to think Lindsay Lohan was very attractive, but she guest starred in an episode of Two Broke Girls and she's had some kind of plastic surgery which made it uncomfortable for me to watch. Just... wrong? Why did she even need work done? Isn't she still in her twenties? If anything Rockstar should sue Lohan for becoming a characature of their character without permission.
By reaching for the lawsuits isn't she stating that there is an element of truth in this portrayal? I did used to really like her in mean girls

So maybe she feels her career in Hollywood is on it's way down the shitter, and the only way she can make money is to sue for it where she can since....it worked once.
