Considering the MG line might as well be dead, I'll happily take a SoC Tryon 3.

Everytime I couldn't possibly think the Brave revival couldn't get anymore hype, another release is announced.

If you were to tell me a lion chested super robot was going to be confirmed for SoC following Choryujin, I'd have my Genesic money ready...or at least I would've if 2 weren't already announced from other lines. If you told me Tryon 3 was incoming, I'd be hype as hell that RG GGG and Kotobukiya SBT would have a 3rd lion chested pla partner.

SoC Tryon 3, like HasLab Omega, makes me audibly swear on announcement because it's something I want but didn't think would ever happen so it's screwing with the budget something fierce. I really hope this one is a few years out there is just too much Brave goodness incoming.

I had this unbuilt for awhile because I broke a part. I went ahead last night to fix it and after the cement dried and cured it worked! So now I finished it. It's the 1/100 Full Mechanics Aerial and I'm impressed. An MG version is going to be incredible if the FM kit is this good.

I can almost see Aerial being an MGEX kit just for the data burns.

It is the one thing the FM can't do stock that you would want a 1/100 Aerial to do.

I could actually see them do the Rebuild as an MGEX first because the premet lines change color on that one.

Actually semi-canon, since the Build Fighters director said on Twitter that he saw the Fighters setting as "Gundam Heaven" where all the characters went when they died. Plus, it gives Ral a sort of redemption where instead of suicide-by-grenade, he gets to be the supporting adult uncle figure. And in Try, he finally gets his Dom!

That said, there's one thing about Try that throws this all out of whack: Domon is literally in Try Fighters, he's revealed at the very end to be the master of the Jigen Haoh martial arts school, which given basically everything the Build Burning variants do are homages to G-Gundam (including Denial Gundam, itself an expy to Shading Gundam as a 'dark' mirror clone), makes it plausible that Jigen Haoh is School of the Undefeated of the East.

And the final buzzkill of this all is...Reguild can't be after Correct Century, because of one core setting fact: The central tower or whatever was built during Universal Century. There isn't a goddamn chance in hell that a space elevator could have survived the Moonlight Butterfly, because good luck trying to bury something that big under enough dirt that the nanomachines can't destroy it.

Hopefully if she gets an MGEX, she has the entire Permet score available. Still think the biggest rip off of the MGEX Unicorn (aside from the v fin) was not enabling Perfectibility colors.

I know the Reguild part is wrong, as I’ve been told(I haven’t seen Reconguista but I just bought it and it’s on it’s way). But I agree. The Reguild Century makes the most sense as taking place immedietly after the UC, and then it can be 00, and then whatever. I just thought the Rambal Ral comment was hilarious.

I don't know all the details of Gundam canon (barely any at all) but G Gundam was always my favorite and Try was the only entire series I watched since because I just liked it for some reason. Seeing the end sealed the deal on why I liked it so much.

Wow, unexpected but welcome nonetheless! I probably won't be able to afford this though, so I'll be happy with my HG.

I hope the SoC does crazy well specifically so we'll get more Tryon 3 options down the road. Right now, you couldn't ask for a wider divide than "HG or SoC" with no middle ground.

The space issues alone will likely put SoC Tryon 3 out of the running for me but I would 100% buy multiple RGs for display options. I'd need at least 1 for Braves, 1 to put next to a Banshee, and probably 1 more for individual component displays. Maybe pick up an extra GGG too so Galeon can chill with another RG Lion.

Welp, there goes more money for P-Bandai

    Lfirth Pre-Production x2
    Geara Zulu (Multi-missiles Cuaron use)
Geara Zulu (high mobility Gilboa Sant use)
    GM II Semi-Striker

Given how P-Bandai hasn't been shipping anything for a while, at this rate I'm going to get several large boxes in the fall lol.

Fully. Deserved. Hopefully Crowely's there too.

Again though, one more kit our world isn't pure enough for:

    20190917_105008.jpg

    Master Grade Gouf R35.

About that "goes to Hell" branching timeline... that almost explains Rommel.

    20180515_144815.png

When does he get a stand alone series and Figure-Rise model?

At least that timeline gave us the Core Gundam Midget Rangers!

They had issues in April that shut down their shipping operations. I just got my shipping notice for the F90 A&L Packs and the G-Line.

It was one of *THOSE* farm days and I am drained but I still dabbed on the Zeta!

    20240517_225032.jpg

Accented and patched up the silver for the hip skirts. I cleaned them up since taking this picture and added the running lights.

    Double Post Punch!!!

Still not asleep, but browsing Amazon for aftermarket action base clones (because I am putting Zeta on a stand!!) and see someone is making copies of the triple kit stands like in the P.Bandai HG Zeta/Shiki/Mk2 box set.

    https://www.amazon.com/Display-Suitable-Gundam-Action-Character/dp/B0CRQGF84T/ref=sr_1_36?crid=21ESBK1KPLUYJ&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.ZZ7ejqpVw-LSn9Qib181ga10jU8LsjL_hTbdgUf-ll73mLvGDlf-JzRm3VCcX9r15JdFgg2xuH15D0OXP_cFJ3j19iV8mmaLjlcH0L1v5tVSiFu2pK9EK8GCZoiInoQEgBe3oRW4OCUSJtfEsKbpyU2NNSQ27PK4uU0NQJI1QttfCbuqcgiZdE7clya2_I1BoWDPiaQCgSPBKwElxs9CBRDcIHhz23U-MHAsne1mgVdxcSa2OTpEE3odeSiECeg1cDYl4jVDR-UTwAFuVMgYgbmXEBovQ1ZNcm3GlPzPNtc.IFCeXbVkoLbFp4-xbo0bhcTqzHzRK9XKRcib1rdxHIM&dib_tag=se&keywords=Gundam+stand&qid=1716008264&sprefix=gundam+stan,aps,161&sr=8-36

Three options for scale mounting posts, 1:144, 1:100, of both. The HG/RG scale unit has the Action Base 1 base plate while the 1:100 has large square base.

Shame it’s only in black, though. I’d kill for clear colored red, blue, green, etc. A yellow one would be pretty funny.
