D'aww.. fat candy eating Not-Haro seems like something I should get my niece some time.
Huge Kirby fan here since the original Game Boy game.
I've been meaning to get that kit, but haven't found the opportunity to grab it conveniently from my usual Japanese retailers yet. Probably later this year...
I got 3 for that exact reason. It's an Entry Grade, so you can literally pull it of the runners without prior experience, the result still looks great and it's cheap. It's the perfect gift.
She loved building her Haro, and she'll love this too.
I swear I need to get her the Strike Rouge Entry Grade, and I still need to find out if my nephew built his Gundam.
Whooo! Loot from china, a KO of the Deathscythe and a third-party Rousette backpack. But hey, for 32 dollars shipped, I'll bite.
Didn't know anybody was copying the Rousette, whose make?
No idea honestly... I'll see if I can figure it out in the morning...
Geez, maybe I should've checked the overseas market before spending ¥28000 on Yahoo! Japan auctions...
Okay, I see. No problem but I think I might have found something on Ebay like what you showed.
for MG 1/100 Gundam Deathscythe ver EW ka MP Rousette Equipment Wing Backpack | eBay
Just like your picture, no name given and no packaging either.
Edit: this seller is actually one I have gone to before, I might see about one myself.
Made one of the other main mecha from my book, the MCM-002 Penumbra. It's the middle "triplet" of the main machines and the one most modified from its original appearance (both in-universe and based on my original drawings) and was really fun to make except for one major issue.
Also the silver is actually a very light pearl blue, but I still don't have my old setup, uh, set up so I only have ugly yellowish overhead lights.
As y'all can probably see from these photos the pain job is not the smoothest. I usually use Tamiya rattle cans from all my customs, because they're probably the best canned spraypaint you can get. Especially anything metallic. I also use, occasionally, Rustoleum paint + primer for larger pieces because I find it gives a very opaque first coat and doesn't go on very thick at all. However this time I wanted an extra vibrant finish and used white gloss. That's what it said on the can. Instead I got this utterly bizarre... chalk-like substance. I tried to sand and strip as much as I could but I started damaging the plastic. I was hoping a clear coat would fix most of it but I think I may go back one day and fully strip the problem parts and start over.
Other than that I'm really happy with the colours chosen. I was originally just going to copy Antumbra's deco but swap the red for purple, but I went for a more Kimaris-inspired deco where purple was secondary. Penumbra is the middle child and meant to be more utilitarian and less heroic. It's also the "brain" of the three, being designed for a tactical command role, so it's lankier, less dynamic, and the binders/sub arms sort of make up for that lack of brawn.
Oh hey cool, I've built the Powered GM and GM Command Space Type myself.... I'm just a bit lazy on finishing up the GM Command's custom handcovers. and @Hadlen_Weltall that looks like the parts I got.
Nothing I really wanted from this round of P-Bandai...which is good because right now I'm being stupid with money and angling for an insane deal on potentially my first Brass locomotive. And my backlog still has Big Sally and the MK. V among various other high grades PLUS the EXAM Efreet and probably some other thing I've completely forgotten about coming in October.
EDIT: SECOND V! It was Second V, RG Z'Gok, and the RG Destiny wing effect.
Didn't get much work done yesterday at the bench between: meeting with another hay farmer in the south end of the county all morning, dodging rain while moving hay home, feeding cows in broiling humidity, and dealing with an uncomfortable, cramped cow before sundown (Flowers is moving with the herd again this morning)...
As the storms came through yesterday afternoon I get a call from my mother looking for Jude.
"Have you seen the cat? is he down at your place?"
...oh I don't know, but this 1:1 Scale project on the desk is really turning out nicely.
He's not-so-secretly demanding I open the MG Gundam MkV to steal its box, when he's not trying to steal my desk chair.
Maneuver Striker Pack revealed!!
*Eyes sniff the Red and black on white color scheme*
What smells like LOWE GUELE'S WORK!???
... @Gabriel Contreras you'll be able to share it better than I can since I can't share incognito windows into spacebook links, but there's also a better preview of the Hyper Mega Awesome BFG for RG Hi-Nu online as well through SupremeMecha's page.
It comes with a two plate Action Base Type 4/5 with an extended stanchion.
I’ll see if I can, or hopefully someone else here can share the photos since I don’t follow them and it could take me a while to find them and I also arrived at work not that long ago
Understood. I see these posts through suprememecha.blogspot.com and have to open an incognito window to view them since I'm antisocial (media).
So it's a SEED Gundam that looks like the Airmaster Burst...with a G-Unit Assault Booster pack.
I fail to see how the latter is a problem.
