I don't think they'd go P-Bandai. It's a main hero suit in a popular series. P-Bandai is for villain suits, "obscure" side story designs, and sometimes special/scene specific recolours.

Okay you twisted my arm.. here it is. Mind the glare from my work light, the ink on the panel lines are drying. It's so incredibly detailed you would never believe it!

It has fully functional Optical Camoflauge! articulated hands! the flywheel to the GN Drive spins and the GN Bazooka lights up!
Also, the 1:100 scale Tieria's eyes glow gold too.

    Nemo, deliver the punchline please.

Unfortunately all these categories cover pretty much anything good... so yeah, I still expect my Virtue to be announced as a p-bandai exclusive, because f*ck me for liking nice things.

It's obvious Virtue will be a normal release and a Trans-Am edition will be the exclusive. How they plan to pull off the Nadleh will be the 00 equivalent of the FAZZ.

I'm still waiting on the PBandai 00F/V MSV designs.

I know, I'm just bitter because everything else that looks any good now is an exclusive any more. Meanwhile the Build ect line reeks of cheap cashgrab expansion sets, and it feels so godd*mned minimal effort... So the prospect of anything I could potentially like being anything other than an exclusive any more feels completely laughable.

On that note, when is the HG Plutone due to come out? It's the one pban thing that I PO'd awhile back and then just utterly forgot it existed.

Looks nice. Too advanced for me, but still great-looking.

On one hand, I'd rather hedge my bets on a Perfect Zeong than have to double-dip (especially since I'm not really a huge fan of the Zeong, but the RG details make it look pretty cool), I'm sorta concerned that it wouldn't have all the nice thruster effects, to make you want to double-dip.

    Fixed forever.

Wow. I wasn't expecting the 30mm Hangar Base display parts with the Final Shooting version, but I did call those effect parts.

Who wants to bet the Advanced Joint parts will be its hands?

P.Bandai Perfect Parts are a given like Double Fin Funnel/HWS.

If not the hands in their entirety, at least the fingers. I can almost guarantee that much, considering how tight and seamless the finger joints look.

Was really excited for the Zeong announcement but not really feeling this design. Guess I will have to wait for the unboxing to make purchasing decision.
That MG Wing, on the other hand, looks fantastic. I can't remember the last time I really want an EW kit.

Built these two great looking Age kits last week.

I should go back to finish the space pirate quartet. Still missing the Dark Hound Age 2 and Shaldoll Rogue

It's the completionist of me that says Zeong is an instant buy. I've never built any of the other versions of it, and I think the RG will be the right mix of character and engineering, size is also a serious factor.

    Ha, thanks.

Maybe I’ll pick this kit up when I can assemble a head like the Revive’s in under twenty minutes. :p

Ehh, heads are easy. Just read the manual a few times to get the sequence... Now limbs can be tricky in RG scale.

Ok, Last Shooting Zeong might be worth it simply for the effect parts and the fact you get three stands. Interesting to see how they're actually incorperating the 30 MM stand designs into this, very clever.

Also, HOLY FUCK IT LOOKS AMAZING.

Gunjap.net again being my source, one added bit of detail to the Final Shooting set is a new fixed pose (trigger finger) hand for the RG Gundam and what looks like a shoulder and neck stump for the severed parts. Neat.

Putting the MG-EX Trans-Am Optical Camo Virtue w/ Ptolemaios Pod Set aside for the night to get back to ZZ, I have the bulk of the legs assembled. Got some touch ups to make with the silver details, but I'm letting the ink and panel accent dry on those lines of the knees.

    20200918_001752.jpg

I get to work on the hips next and start to finish painting the outer shell.

That Zeong may be the next superb (about time they release an early UC!) RG kit that people will praise over and over, similar to the likes of the Sazabi/Nu/Impulse/Tallgeese/Unicorn/Mk. II- eh, you guys get what I mean.

I wanna throw my money at the screen now, but NO! I will wait for the inevitable Zeong + legs like a lil b*tch P-Bandai expects me to be :lolol

That RG zeong is sexy as hell. All those details really elevate zeong from goofy suit to cool goofy suit.
