Jesus. I'm really glad I'm not big on the design because seeing it dwarf the Kshatriya of all things makes it a little tempting otherwise.

That explains why the shipping costs to my country (sal parcel) are MORE than the price of the kit itself!

My wallet is crying right now.... :cry

Sorry for little offtopic. But I got godhand's nipper (spn-120) today and totally confused. Do i need adjust stopper or not? There is some reference in instruction about stopper but its on japanese obliviously. What instruction says actually? There should be gap like shown or I should reduce/remove that gap?[IMG]

Solved. Gap was made intentionally, for cleaner cut. You need to be accurate when using your nipper and do not put unneeded force when cutting so nipper will stay sharp longer. Stopper just prevent from "guaranteed" breakage, its not stopping blade from hitting counterpart.
p.s. i didn't find answer for the first time cuz godhand site is block IPs from my country. Yeah I live in well-known-evil-empire.

Thank you! I'm not a big painter but I love to pose.

Love this guy, especially with the Led. It has been said before but I wish Bandai would do the first movie designs.

Yes, I quite agree. In fact, I only got this because that's what they have, I would've preferred 1st movie jeagers.

Know what I call that? A good start.

    20190823_151809.jpg

This picture was taken back in August, and what's not there includes the PG Gp01, Narratives A/B/C, RG Full Armor Unicorn, RG Sazabi, re/100 Nightingale, two RG Red Frames and Blue Frame, GM CDT, F90, Zerachiel, Shenlong Liayoa, GM Sniper, Tallgeese II and III, RG Banshee, RG Nu, Gouf Mobility Demonstrator, RG Perfect Strike, IDW Optimus, Crest Oracle, White Glint VOB, Grendizer, and Enhanced ZZ.

...and now there's a Boba Fett.

    --
in the meantime, I'm heading to Dunwoody tomorrow for the weekend and surprise my nephew for his Birthday. Taking a couple of things to work on when the lights go out on Saturday Night. They're going to an event at Barnes and Noble around the corner from them, and if I time my departure right, meet everyone there and grab the IDW Megatron they show instock.. I might just go ahead and Order it online and pick it up In store.

    Nice try.

But you're not getting out of Gundam Pingauzer that easily.

I KNOW THAT TAKEOUT CONTAINER IS OFF TO THE LEFT JUST PAST THE BORDER.

And this is probably really confusing to anybody who doesn't know what the hell I'm talking about.

    COW GUNDAM IS REAL, PEOPLE.

Lies!! Filthy stinking lies!! ..it's in the CARDBOARD box on top of my Spare-For-Custom Astray Body on the shelf over the window to the left.

Confusing? Pfft, everyone knows I build cows. What do you think made the Never gonna happen now GenerationToys Red Bull thread so much fun before people who hate fun tattled to the Mods.. they seemed to enjoy it.

It's still in development. In fact I've actually got a real plan now, but I'm debating which Schleich bull mold to use.

I raise Pinzgauer and Charolais Super Hybrids, but Schleich only makes the popular brands (you'll understand when you notice how many restaurants or grocery stores have labels that say "certified" breeds) of Beef and Dairy cattle, and their Angus is the closest match. However, they change molds every few years so they look completely different. That means I have a few more options for which of my Panzgauer Series Bulls to paint it after.

OPTION 1: The older mold, now discontinued. Based on the legendary Julius "Hungy."
Thick neck, broad head, and deep chest.. though the real Bull has gotten much longer at 9 years of age...

A simple conversion, I only need to paint the "milk splash" white stripe down his lower back, tail, and stomach.

    20190925_193259.jpg

OPTION 2: the new mold for 2019, which theoretically is what Crowe Crowestar is going to look like when he's older, but I have another bull calf in the main herd that wouldn't be a bad choice either... however, Crowe is currently closer to his adult size at 21 months of age, but give or take two more years he will be Higher in the shoulder, more square architecture with a deep chest, thick neck and a sharper nose, and a literally sculpted head . no seriously, I had Crowe dehorned at the right age so the developing horn buds hadn't fused to his skull.

More involved work to do, paint it gray and white on the belly, and maybe carve into the pole (top of his skull) some, or use sculpting putty..

    20191016_153345.jpg

And like I said, the only other bull in the herd who the Schleich mold more closely resembles is a three month old calf I'm keeping and conditioning as another prospect so he's not going anywhere.

    20191013_191826.jpg
Ad Astro.. just look at that face and tell me you can see the adult bull already! But isn't he adorable, everyone who sees him wants to hug him for some reason...

But I digress, I have a plan now, just not on the project list right now.....and it gives me more time to do all three, maybe.

Folks, to anyone who had a Metroplex or Fort Max, does the base or ship mode work for 1/144 kits or they are still too big and out of scale?

Just thinking maybe Metroplex can act like a White Base or Argama for the gundams.

It'd kinda work, the launch decks are a little small. It'd be more like Salamis, just about able to carry MS. In general, they're a bit too small, but It would still kinda work.

His base mode makes for a great catapult deck, but there's not much hangar space for them inside.

Nope. I've got Plans for that Unicorn, just don't feel like fighting with chipping paint right now.

Also you don't need to worry about a branding iron, just don't mess with the barnes dehorner, or the choice of banding or the burdizzo...

Anyway!!!!! I made it to Dunwoody on schedule, and my stop halfway in Macon was a success.

    Miner, Guerilla, Poet, Autobot.

The store had a few others, namely Shattered PelvicThrust Glass Obarimus Pime, and Nemesis IDW Prime, and a couple of Bumblebee. Megatron was in the back and I had to ask someone to find it.

Penelope Sample reviews are coming online!

    HGUC ペーネロペー レビュー
Very impressive, robust and more articulated than its bulk suggests and the rich details. some minor part swapping to do.a set of frame parts for the Penelope's independent flight mode and hip joints for Odysseus to switch between it's bare form and full cloaked.

Decent sized foil decals to compensate for sensors on both components, stabilizer wing tips and a couple of vents..

Expected, now for the real fun part. SIZE.

HGUC Revive RX-78, HGUC Odysseus, and the Fix Figuration.

    Now.. full cover.

    ...huge is an understatement!

    More detailed review at Gundamsblog.net
    HG ペーネロペー レビュー

The Penelope armor's design is unlike anything else of its kind in High Grade engineering.

And we've witnessed some impressive Suit design work, but this is a whole new kind of beast... according to this site, Katoki himself oversaw its development... that explains a lot.

Wow I'm super happy to have an actual Zaku Cannon. The Test Type one just didn't do it for me. The spike stickers are tough. That was the best I was willing to do. Gave it a spare Zaku MG to make it look like one of the pics on the Gundam wiki. A super handsome looking Zaku. Love this one. Build was super fast on account that O have done 9 other Origin Zakus, haha.

HGUC Penelope looks damn impressive, especially for 1/3 price of the Robot Spirit version.
Waiting for it to show up in Canada is killing me. All the store I have seen show Dec or even Jan ETA.
Maybe I should just order one from Japan.
