    MG Proto Zero is MINE!

Also got a build booster which I'll be using in a kitbash with a spare HG Freedom Gundam that I have laying around.

Playing around with the Build Booster…of course it works with the RG Strike Gundam:

People said that the booster was loose, but using it on the Strike…it's actually super tight

    Blue Frame with the booster:

Kinda works, but the connection is real loose.

Hey guys. Just barging in here for an opinion on something, hope no one minds.

I preordered the last Rebawoo BBTS had a short while back and I'm honestly not fond of any red suit (I like my robots 3x slower ;) ). So I was wondering if any of you would consider it blasphemy or such if I painted the red bits blue or something. Or should I just keep it the way it is for novelty's sake? I'm torn on the subject really, since this is a limited/exclusive kit after all.

I consider myself a total Gunpla newbie. I've only built 13 kits so far and the only kit I've fully painted over was the Mass Production Bawoo and I'm not 100% satisfied with the result. Silly me didn't even prime it or anything, so I can still see some green showing through in some areas, lol. My first ever kit was the Musha Gundam Mk-II. Sadly it took a huge fall due to a bit of carelessness by my mom of all people. Needless to say, it had to be removed from my collection. Planning to build it again one day though...

Got into building again after a long hiatus and just finished up the Sleeves' AMX-014 Döven Wolf. My sister just sent me the PMX-000 Messala for my birthday too.:D

Anyway, I'd greatly appreciate any opinions you guys have and I apologize if this sounds like a really stupid thing to worry about.

    Thanks in advance!

Well, I think the beauty of Gunpla is that you can do whatever the hell you want with it, so don't worry about anyone else's opinion except your own. Once built; unless it's in a extremely high caliber, they have no resell value anyway, so make something that you'd be proud to display on your shelf.

What I like about Gunpla is that is easier to paint than a toy since it does come apart easier. Plus it takes time to master the skill of painting and customizing so give it time, if you enjoy doing it you will improve over time. Don't rush painting, learn about painting techniques online.

Haha, I wasn't thinking anything at all along those lines. I'd never sell any of my kits and no one would buy them anyway. I love doing my own thing with the generally accessible kits. I just wondered if I should be tarnishing a "pain in the ass to get" exclusive kit.

And thanks a bunch for the input. I think you got me at the "something you'd be proud to display" part.:thumb

Any suggestions on what type of blue the Rebawoo might look good in?

Yeah, I was certainly guilty of rushing that time.  Thanks for the tip!

Good to know the S Astray comes with the original shoulders, feet and backpack. Looks like it has the beam saber handles too.

Should have expected this from the original HG-Redux Astray, but now I think I'll definitely wait for the Master Grade..

The simple fact that the Sword is a seal is why I will never buy a HG Astray other than the M1. PG and MG is where it's at :p  I do look forward to getting the MG Sengoku Astray though.

Whilst your model is fine, I really, really, don't like that design.

I like the design just fine, but its not one of my favorites, I perfer the V2 from victory

also, I knew he would be small, I knew this, but it still suprised me when I put him with my other models:

    Finished the Zogok completely.

I just wanted to do something to break up the monotony of the H Hangars i've been painting. I went a bit crazy with the damaging, but whatever. The weathering isn't very realistic but this was for fun. Also after taking pics i noticed that i didn't clean the nubs so well on the outside of the boomerang blades. Originally i was going to do a custom color scheme but the led shorted in the sword so i figured i'd go with something from the episode. Added my own little touches as always.
