That’s beautiful. Any other angles?
Thx so much man! Yeah, here are some additional views. Full tutorial will prolly be up on my YT channel in a couple of days (https://www.youtube.com/c/AgentOrinj) but you can prolly figure it out by looking at these pics
He looks great and loaded for battle. "You Decepticons mock me for broken pegs? I'll fix you!"
Wow, that is still awesome. Makes me kinda want those figures a bit.
Damn, that's rad enough to steal! But I'm putting my own spin on it:
Thx so much! Ha, I forgot about the peg thing. Honestly, mine didn't have that issue. I've transformed him to and fro without issue. Hilarious quote nonetheless
Thx man! Yeah, he feels out pretty good on all sides. You'd be shocked to know that his torso and lower limbs are all just held together by 1 x 5mm port, albeit one with a super secure hold which keeps him sturdy.
Oh cool! Do note that this particular combination requires the 5mm port from Grapple's hook, so the build would have to be tweaked for Inferno cuz I think he's missing that...?
It might be possible to do something with the extra Roritchi pelvis since there is a post on the end of Inferno's ladder, but it's sideways and it's all weird, so.
I just balanced him for the photos, heh. I'm calling him Infernastator and you can't stop me!
Close-up on the "Axe" made from his fire nozzle and the extra pelvis.
That "axe" kinda looks like a fire & rescue jaws of life.
YES!! HE LIVES! XD Dude that's awesome man! I love the axe idea!!
This post actually inspired me to pick up this figure. I was torn between this deco and Sixshot, but the vibrant colors in your pictures won me over, plus Sixshot is actually more expensive on the aftermarket despite being a wider release. One thing I didn't realize till I had it in hand is that you swapped the pointed shin parts so that they're better oriented for the boat mode. I might try that. Were the extra guns and gun additions from an upgrade kit?
Yeah, I wanted that little touch of differentiation, and the idea of the "Good Guy" version of the mould having a silhouette more like the BOTP Godphoenix really appealed to me.
The extra pistols are from the Iron Factory Sonictech & friends EX-03R (the Twincast redeco of their Blaster), the rifle fins for a bit more of a G1 guns homage are LEGO Bionicle parts 61800 Bionicle Wing Small/Tail with Axle Hole in dark red (no modding necessary they just slide onto to "sight" projections as they are the perfect size), plus 1x1 LEGO cylinders with glued on Kotobukiya MSG nozzles pegged onto the barrel noses.
I found Wingfinger(s)!
I have a tutorial on my YouTube channel if you're interested. Also, for those of you who like to build fan modes, I have a build-a-figure contest / TF giveaway going on that ends on the 30th. More info can be found here. And if I'm not allowed to post those things, my bad and please delete
G1 tracks rocket launcher applied to kingdom tracks.
Looks MUCH better.
Am I the only one catching Energon/Superlink vines?
Dude that was 100% channeled when making these builds
Simplest fan mode I've done in a while lol
Sorry for double-posting, but I combined the idea of Rumble mech with your method of combining!
Nice! Between this and the 'micro Menasor' you quoted, it makes me think that Micromasters in general would've been a lot more successful if they had a combining gimmick rather than the half-assed 'weapon modes' that usually consisted of a handle sticking out of a car. Both of your posts showed that it wouldn't have taken much more engineering to get some legit mini-combiners.
Some more Weaponiser goofs.
