It still comes with the same accessories it did originally. Unless by "removal of accessories" you're talking about the four Omega Keys that came sold separately with other figures and the new one still doesn't have despite the other four figures never being repainted. I wish they removed the accessories and retooled the mold so it didn't need them because the Omega Lock and Cyber Key gimmick doesn't really make sense outside of the original Cybertron/Galaxy Force toy line. In that case what about putting earlier versions of a mold into modes that were only in the instructions for recolors... Like RID2001 Megatron only having 6 official modes while Galvatron has 10. Megatron can still do the four extra modes that were added to Galvatron because they're the same mold. Note: This only works with RID2001 Megatron not Car Robots Gigatron. CR Gigatron was released first and Devil Gigatron was a retool repaint meaning that the original version of the figure actually does not have the added tabs that make the four extra modes possible. RID Megatron and Galvatron were both made using the Devil Gigatron version of the mold which is why RID Megatron can do those four extra modes while CR Gigatron can't. Someone already did that. Most of the armor can be swapped between the two figures except for the chest because that section of the figures is an entirely different mold so the tabs won't hold the armor in place there. Ultra Magnus' armor almost completely hides the base figure so you can barely even tell the difference if Galaxy Upgrade Optimus is wearing it... except for the fact that the chest armor as previously stated can't clip into place so it just kinda sits loosely on the figure. There is more of a visual difference when you see Prime's armor on the Magnus figure.
