Have fusion and fe:ss on 3ds for ambassador, so I'm straight on those. Been trying to find a decent price on FE but most 2nd hand shops want $30+ for it, so gonna have to try my luck with an ebay auction I think.

it's superstar saga. got it :)

I missed out on xenoblade. I want to play it but I'm not paying 100+ for that damn game.
Hopefully that does eventually get another rerelease or HD remaster.

I'll laugh if some of these GBA games come out on the VC by the end of the month. Nah, I kid.

Anyway, what games are you all looking forward to seeing a release on the Virtual Console? Just purely speculation.
I think if the GameCube does come to the Wii U, good chances are the first title will either be Luigi's Mansion or Pikmin.

Advance Wars and Four Swords badly need to come to Wii U. And they need online multiplayer/co-op.

Not gonna happen unless it's a remake. Which is a shame. :(

Why? I have hard copies now that I've been obtaining for about the price they'd retail for on the network, and I can play with the gameboy player if I feel like it on TV. No harm done.

Also aside from the ambassador games they've put 0 gba games on 3ds. 4 swords was a free gift for a time but didn't have lttp on it. So I'm not really fretting that there will be a huge GBA VC. If there is, sweet, I might be able to fill some gaps even cheaper. If not, I still I have all my hard copies I can play whenever/wherever.

Four Swords (The actual disc game) was some of the best same couch multiplayer fun I've ever had.

It's a shame screamer, indeed. But if they did remake it? woo!

Only problem with Four Swords is the ridiculous need to have four GBA link cables. We had three, then two when the damn dog chewed one up. But indeed some of the best in-house co-op EVER.

So many bruises, so much screaming, so many tears.

One of those was on 3ds ambassador. Think the amazing mirror. I'll have to check out nightmare.

Amazing Mirror is the ambassador title. And Nightmare in Dreamland is an enhanced remake of Kirby's Adventure (NES).

Iwata is doing a Wii U and 3DS Direct, and it'll talk about the system update for next week, so when it happens, the Virtual Console hits. And even though it's for the 3DS...

    MAJORA'S MASK 3D

.. is listed on several online retailers for the 3DS. With this, the 3DS Direct, possible?.

I caved in and decided to buy Trine 2 last night so I added more funds, but then I didn't have enough HDD space. Do I regret not picking up the 32GB version when I had the chance? Nope aha Maybe I'll just take it as a sign and see what VC titles will be offered. Trine 2 sale ends on the 30th so there will be enough time to decide.

Majora's would probably be a full remake like ocarina if it were to happen. Cool too, I never got to play that one because I had sold my n64 off by the time it came out.

Also really off topic, but if you guys could rank Nintendo systems what would your list look like? I've owned everything except gameboy color and the virtual boy, but even that I played quite a bit and enjoyed more then the N64, even with the bonus damage to my eyes. So what were your faves? Mine:

    1. SNES
    2. GBA
    3. NES
    4. GC
    5. 3DS
    6. Wii U
    7. DS
    8. GB
    9. VB
    10. Wii
    11. N64

Wii U is only lower because it's still creeping up. I could still see it sneaking in at #4 when it's all said and done, beating out GC for me. But the top 3 are pretty much untouchable imo. Those were 3 golden eras in nintendo gaming for me.

If you have an old hd laying around not being used you could just buy an enclosure and use that. I had a 250 gig drive that I wasn't using for anything and I plugged in into my Wii U. It was like a free upgrade.

I wish the original Zelda had been 3Dized like Kirby and Kid Icarus. I was hoping that would happen before they killed that project.

I've never played or want to play the last two, haven't had a NES for years. DS was good, but I just couldn't get enough good games for it. It's what ended my interest in handheld gaming. Wii was good and had some great games, but not as many as GC, N64, GB or GBA had. Wii U is HD and I have very high hopes for it so it'll be climbing the rankings.
But GBA, GC and N64 had some wicked titles like the OoT, MM, M64, Mario Sunshine, Windwaker, Metroid Prime 1&2, Killer 7, Smash Bros, Metroid Fusion/Zero Mission, Mario Kart advance, and loads more. These are the games that kept me with the consoles, and we have sizeable GBA, N64, GC and SNES libraries as a result. Wii I have about 8 (great) games for, GB I had more (Six golden coins? Pokemon Blue? Metal Gear?). The DS I had about 4-5 games for and while they're all good, weren't enough to keep me interested.
