Fear of Combiners in general. Fear of Fliers. Fear of getting fired at. Fear of your own alt mode. Fear of traffic lights.

Be funny if Soundwave and Blaster developed phobias of their minicons/Deployers/Cassettes.

TDSP - An inability to properly recognize the scale of objects and their relationships to each other via distance.

(Trans Depth Scale Perception, I couldn't come up with a good name so I went with an acronym)

How about Apendage Integration Hypermorphia, where they develop an unbreakable feeling of ownership to their parts. So if they lose an arm and get a replacement they still feel the old ones phantom limb pains.

They need to keep every part of thats replaced because they still feel like its part of them and in severe cases they try welding the dead limbs and broken parts to the new one. I am imagining something like the Zim ep where he harvests organs and becomes a bloated mess, or a tranformer with several dead and damaged arms randomly jutting of their current working one.

Drone Delusion (feel free to come up with a more clever name): the automatic assumption that Cybertronians that share body types are sparkless automatons.
Decepticons have been known to enforce a standardized appearance among new recruits to encourage development of this disorder within officers, so that they do not feel guilt about their frequent and often needless destruction. This is also the reason that high ranking Seekers began altering their colors and head and wing shapes

Punch-CounterPunch could develop some serious schizophrenic issues if the two identities he endows begin to clash too much(Or is one identity the "true" one while the other one is merely "false" and he can tell the difference?).

A tad too much exposure to the Autobot matrix of leadership could probably lead to some delusions of grandeur, I've no doubt.

How about displaced memory, and botched memories for that matter? ie, as when combiners combine and separate?

Or when a Headmaster has surgery? Talk about some REAL advanced illness there! :O I imagine they could do as is performed inside voodoo circles and place the pain from the phantom headmaster head elsewhere into a lifeless object before they go back to fixing him.. Actually, I don't know if that would work, but I saw it on tv once and thought it might apply here. :/

I like the idea of this thread and all the cool replies so far! Suffering from several mental disabilities of my own, it really sucks some times though. :(

I think Dreamwave would have played with that idea had they gotten the chance to (It certainly implies as much in the Dreamwave G1 profile for Punch).

Retroactive Continuity Compulsion Disorder or RCCD for short
The urge to whip up an alternate history completely out of left field in order to justify the existence of a plot device that makes little or no narrative sense. Suffers are usually Writers in the Employ of Hasbro.

    Phantom Limb disorder
subject believes themselves to be part of a combiner team.

    Gestalt Inferiority Complex
subject suffers from inadequacy issues due to being part of forming a Combiner team, but not forming an essential part of the end Gestalt. Known Sufferer is Nautilator. condition can be treated by frequent Limb rotation, including the often excluded member into part of the gestalt proper.

    Hardshell syndrome
subject appears to be a nigh unstoppable badass at first, then slowly drops in effectiveness until ultimately the subject is terminated by something incredibly weak and stupid such as collision with a tree. Named for the Primeverse Insecticon.
