Once again, I am proud to roll out my 5th custom Transformers made using LEGO Creator 31129 (majestic tiger), a versatile set released back in 2022.

below are two of my favorite creations made using the said set.... Trypticon and Snarl! (tutorials inside the vids as well)

    ABOUT PROJECT CYCLONUS

My first Transformer (a space cruiser) made using this set was , shall I say... purely experimental back in 2022 . It had its flaws . My first attempt in building TFs from any brand new LEGO sets seldom unleash its full potential I guess. I always try to improve in subsequent tries.

So this time around.. I try to make a new space cruiser TF from the set.

And this year I vowed to build more of something based on official Transformers characters rather than generic nameless bots.... so Cyclonus is my perfect choice.

Yep.... I shall pick building his head is one of the biggest challenges there is, especially trying to ensure a structurally sound and yet recognisable head.

I viewed alot of video reviews on Kingdom Cyclonus to get myself inspired for this project... and I think it kinda rubbed off a bit on me : I'm actually tempted to get that official Kingdom toy!

    BUILDING INSTRUCTIONS

Most of my lego alternative creations tutorial are free . Once in a while , I must put a few of them on sale in rebrickable.com (link below), a site where many aspiring LEGO custom builders hang out to promote their works.

By supporting my creations through purchasing the building instructions, it will go a long way into motivating me to build even more custom LEGO TFs ! Thank you!

And as always, official photo gallery of this creation is in my blog below:

YES...I hear you! I knew about Cyclonus being modded into Depthcharge sometime back. I will put this in my to-built list using LEGO set 31129.

The silhouette is instantly recognizable as Cyclonus in both modes! This is Chef's Kiss level of excellence!

That turned out fantastic. The colour palette reminds me of HFTD Terradive, save the pink on the head which still looks neat. Nicely done

Wow, this is very impressive, great job! Definitely captures the silhouette of Cyclonis, especially in spaceship mode!
