Leo would have been relevant if he weren't negated by Simmons. After all, Leo is pretty much a younger version of Simmons, and the film certainly portrayed it as such. Perhaps, this was Bay's way to write out the Simmons character without losing the aspects of the character that he needs to rely on.

 

I think in TF3 Leo should have a minor subplot of getting the girl. He could impress said girl by doing something heroic (unintentionally, of course) through the course of the war.

 

Leave him out of TF3, please.

 

Unfortunately I don't think that will ever happen, at least at this point.

Or 21. Leo is walking down the street. In space a shuttle accidentally crashes into Soundwave, which knocks him to earth where he falls on the exact spot where Leo is walking.

22. Smashed by an asteroid.

 

23. Prime mistakes him for a Decepticon and rips off his face.

 

- mojo dies and is buried in the pet sematary, he lives again as a monster chihuaua and tears leo to bits;

- leo tries to come on to a girl at the university, which turns out to be another pretender and kills him with an astronomy book.

- a shred of the allspark somehow finds its way to simmon's basement, reviving the nokia bot which kills leo while he's sleeping on the couch.

 

-Sharsky and Fassbinder stab Leo to death after he decides to cut their wages.
-Leo spontaneously combusts.
-Bumblebee transforms with Leo inside.

I don't even hate Leo that much, but I find this very fun.

 

-Leo kills himself because Mikaela won't go for him.

 

-Leo joins the Peace Corps and gets sent to Carbombya. You can guess what happens next.

 

- When the decepticon protoforms are crashing into Egypt one hits Leo And he lives a little after decapataion because he's a chicken

 

Well he kind of is the link between Simmons and Sam. He's how Simmons is brought back into the picture. Sam is the reason Sector Seven is disbanded. It's not like Sam and Simmons are going to be on speaking terms.
