Inspired by grimlockgravez drawing ( Minor/Repaint: - Legacy Evo Leo Prime lion head “repaint” ) I tried modifying the stock lion head, used DAS air dry clay for the new details (You could use epoxy too), still waiting for it to dry to seal it.

also painted his lips, eye contour and sharpen his fangs.

This reminds me of American boxart vs. Japanese boxart for Kirby games, wherein he has to look meaner/have attitude in the west while in the east he can be as happy and cuddly as all heck.

    ... Oddly appropriate here somehow.

Go for it, acrylics are really forgiving, you can remove them with a toothpic when they dry if you mess up, I did a lot while painting his lips and eyes, same for the air dry clay (used DAS brand), it takes almost half an hour for it to dry and you can extend that time adding water ( used toothpics to apply the clay and shape it), so you need more patience than skill.

just mask the rest oh his body when you're ready to spray the clear coats, I used masking tape a paper towels to cover his mane and body.
