    I
If I buy the figure. I hope the same will be the case with my copy.

I also have SS-38 prime and while he is a good figure, the only thing it does better is the lack of paint which results in less paint chipping and the fact that it’s cheaper. Almost every other factor, Lemontree prime is better. Even the poses look dynamic, hence why I’m considering this all of a sudden after learning that parts forming is not necessary

I don’t think the sticky hands are a big deal.

Mine are much less sticky than when I pulled them out of the packaging.

People say he’s too small to scale with SS but I think he scales better than the official SS figure. He’s about the right size alongside bee and I think Blitzwing being taller than prime feels right looking at the scenes involving Bumblebee.

Hmmm, I'm confused. It seems like the part is oriented correctly on mine, with the curved part facing up in robot mode, so I don't see what he did. Did his come reversed? He pulls the part out (in the orientation that it came on mine) then he talks for a LONG time (with scary long nails), then he puts it back in the same position that it came in. Am I missing something? I don't speak Chinese.

The curved part should face upwards in robot mode, yes?

that's right the curved part (i.e. the part with the little notch) should face the top in robot mode. The one that should face the bottom is the part with the three little lines. Apparently he said the factory workers probably assembled it inverted on some copies.

Hmmm well mine came fine so I guess the misalignment of the side panels is a separate issue then.

I’m slightly bothered ( not that I hate it, it’s just a tiny nitpick ) by the mask design in some pictures but does the small size make the “whisker” less noticeable? Sorry if I’m asking too many question

I don’t especially love the face in close ups but it’s just fine to the naked eye because it’s so small.

Yeah the face being too small for the head is a nitpick of mine but overall the detail and posability are so good that it makes me happy. I do wish he had an axe or sword tho.

Are you perhaps referring to the hand panels that don't quite align in cab mode? That is present on my copy as well, and oddly enough, it only happens on one side. The piece on the shoulder just doesn't seem to want to click in properly with the chest piece with the soft rubber side mirror on it.

Got a notice ( about 18 hours ago lmao ) from my seller saying that it’ll arrive today. I’m excited but I’m also concerned because it’s already 19:35 ( japan time ) and it still hasn’t arrived.

Yes. I haven't seen it aligned well on anyone's copy except in the official photos.

So I took him out of the box and wow, he’s much heavier than I expected and the moment I touched it, I could feel all the cold die cast parts. Some joints ( especially one of the shoulder, one of the hip joints and the swivel above the knee ) were so tight that I couldn’t move it at all. I applied a lot of force and the sound of snap came and I thought I broke it but it was just the joints being able to move now. One hip joint and one shoulder joint is quite loose but not floppy. Overall articulation was nice and the mask doesn’t bother me at all, maybe because of the size and in person, it looks like a very nice detail. I think he scales well with SS Jeep Bee as well.
Here are some pics I took ( I might post more )

So fiddling around with it for a day, he’s super enjoyable. The stickiness of the hands are completely gone and most joints are easier to move now. Some nitpicks I have are that his right shoulder ( from my perspective ) is too loose and he can’t sustain the weight of the ion blaster. His left hip ( again from my perspective ) is quite loose and flops around a little when I lift the figure up. I also wished he had more forward movement on the ankle and also wish that his head can look more up, especially when he’s facing at the side. Other than that he’s near perfect in my opinion. Here are some more pics I took today!

This figure looks really good on my Prime shelf!

If you remove some material behind the head his neck posability becomes twice as dynamic, and it doesn't look worse at all:

    That’s a great Prime collection!

Oh I see, thanks for the advice, might gonna try it out once I get used to fiddling around with it for a while! It sure does seem like it’ll improve many action poses :D
( Also thanks for highlighting the parts )

Thanks! That's only like half the primes I have but the rest weren't in the sunlight. And I recommend everyone who has this figure do the head mod. He becomes way more dynamic that way.
