Dude, ya can't post your creations in someone elses thread, you gotta start your own. Unless you ask him and he says yes. Also that prime is too skinny and has really tiny arms!

    Thanks all!

SPLIT LIP: No plans for Optimus, Magnus or Soundwave...as yet.

    El Gladiateur: Not bad!

And really, I don't mind other people posting their creations. I enjoy seeing what other people can do with Lego!

Grimlock_13: And I intend to keep using it!

This next one's an oddity. It started off as an attempt to build a VF-1 Valkyrie from Robotech but after half a dozen attempts, I gave up on that type as a lost cause (They're damned hard to get balanced properly). However, I came across this during my research and decided to give it a go. I'm quite pleased with the result. It's not pure Veritech and I've taken liberties with the alt-mode, but in the end it works well.

He does have to part switch, but only the lower body. Indeed, he's almost a Duocon in that his upper body become the main part of jet mode and his legs and abdomin seperate to become engines and what I suppose could be considered an extra set of thrusters (Fast Pack...?).

Plot wise, he's mech whose been displaced from his own universe by some disaster. He's actually a fusion of organic core and warmachine. His memory was shattered by being flung through the timestream: he has recolections of a war between humans and their own machines and of being both human and machine. He's found by the Autobots and joins them but the only thing he can remember of his name is the letter 'V'.

    Thus, may I present Vee:

    Another (true) Ducon coming soon!

Wow..I need to come into some of these other forums more often. They're all nic, but the Shockwave ad Insecticons are insane.

And how have I not heard about the LEGO factory site? Even if you can't use it to assmble/order say, that Shockwave, that's the best idea ever!

I am REALLY impressed with the design and engineering work here. The designs themselves make these pieces really stand out; the engineering of the transformations are well done also. I've seen quite a few LEGO TFs, and these by far are my favorites. I have never been a huge fan of LEGO TFs and I wasn't too keen on the BTR line, but I really like these.

I'd love to see kitbashes or scratchbuilds of these, particularly your original character creations. These pieces stand alone on their own right, but I can also see them as sketches to work out kitbashing and scratchbuild ideas as well. Again, nice job and keep 'em comin'!

    Good grief...someone's been grave robbing!

Thanks everyone! These models are all long since reduced to bricks but it's good to see that they can still draw a crowd!

My more recent work is here, so please feel free to comment there as well! (Not too overtly begging, I hope!)

In fact, I may have a bit of an update in the works...one that I'm sure you'll enjoy!
