High Eye is a custom character of mine, who I came up with while building this. He has a good nine points of articulation, and a single spaceship alternate form. Here he is next to, as with my cannon drone, my Deluxe Class Hound (WFC). Character Description: High Eye is an observer who tends to lean towards the Decepticon side, despite his supposed neutrality. He tends to have somewhat of a god complex, and consistently cites himself as being omniscient. High Eye's main goals are to eliminate both the Autobots and Decepticons, leaving only himself and the few other neutral Cybertronians. His thoughts of being godlike are not true whatsoever, mostly due to his consistent defeats at the hands of the likes of Bumblebee and Hot Rod. He wields the Cybertronian equivalent of a grenade launcher, to mass effect. See The Observer for a small encounter.
