Can the legends Red Rampage be interchanged with the regular yellow one to make the legends devastator still? Because it looks different in design than the yellow one.
No, it can't. It's just Skipjack, for all thsoe who want to recreate the epic Bumblebee/Rampage fight. Only tiny.
I think it would have been lamer to make it a repaint, it's odd that they are taking the time to remake him and Longhaul, I guess they think it's worth it.

It doesn't look altered that much, they should be relatively interchangeable. Besides, no one seen the 3 bike sisters combine in the movie either and yet almost everyone is expecting them to.
Red Rampage is a VERY different mold from Yellow Rampage. More importantly, it lacks the necessary peg to connect to Overload/the rest of Devastator. I'm glad they're not taking the easy route and simply recoloring the old one. Long Haul is a neat addition, too. Now if only they make a new Mixmaster to complete the apparent trio and free him from Devastator's head!

The main problem with the new red Rampage is his arms. He can't raise them up and reach his big claws at other bots he's fighting with.
Not anymore, not since the third Bike sister was revealed to be just a redeco of Chromia. And Split Lip is right, it's a totally new mold that lacks the needed connection point. It's like Energon Starscream and the G2 Cyberjets: very similar in ways, but totally different molds.
