It was really campy at times, but it was honestly a good show.

Glad to see it end. Not necessarily because it was bad (it was half and half), but because seven seasons is a good number. I just hope they had planned this in advanced so they can give the show a good ending unlike that bs Arrow plotline that was never resolved.

Did that feel like a proper series finale that we got?

Absolutely not, maybe if it had ended an episode earlier it would have, but definitely nit the ending we got

Yeah, I have a feeling they were banking on season eight being their last. Woops.

The show, like Supergirl, got way too ridiculous. I think I stopped watching 2 seasons ago. And I honestly don't know why I still watch the flash or superman and lois.

Wait, so the season is over already and they didn't give it a proper ending?

Yup, it ended on a clifhanger.

I said it once and will say it again, unless the show was renewed ahead of time, treat every season as if it were the last, no cliffhangers, as you'll never know if you will have another season

Even the creators admitted it was a gamble as if they could get another season (this was before it was canned), but they wanted to make it clear to the audience that they want to do more Legends, and then few months later CW killed it
Legends Boss Says 'Propulsive' Finale Is Not Intended as Series Ender, Teases Donald Faison's Mystery Character

“But that being said, we chose to take the route of optimism and to tell a story that is propulsive into a future season,” Shimizu adds. “It’s certainly a gamble. But it’s a gamble that we were more than willing to take because we wanted it to be crystal clear to anyone watching this season finale that it was meant to be just that — a season finale, not series finale — and that the writers intend to tell many more [stories] going forward.”

Right now all anyone can hope for the show to get a proper finale is if HBO Max picks it up or if they do one final crossover with either Flash or Superman so they can tie up some loose ends

Heck as some pointed out the show could've gotten a proper finale if it had ended with the penultimate episode.

Heck even the people at Marvel TV, were smart enough to treat Season 5 of SHIELD as a potential finale in the event they didnt got another season, as S5 ended in a way that could end the series, but at the same time leave the door open if there were more, and luckly they did got more, but they did the smart thing of treating S5 as if it could potentially be the last

To quote Ben Hurst (one of the writers on Sonic SaTam, which also ended in a cliffhanger)

"Never leave a series on a cliffhanger unless you have a contract for the next year"

The least CW could do was given them like a 5 episode season to wrap their story up instead of just canning it. Definitely glad I dropped it after Crisis now.

Now they need to cancel Superman and Lois, that show has become trash the first episode into the second season and I couldn't get past the fourth episode.

I know I shouldn't ask, but I'm curious. What is it about Superman and Lois that makes it trash?

Superman is a pussy in his own show. He gets beat by EVERYBODY!!! Also first episode the daughter suddenly turns curious after going through hell with Jordan a season before.
Reason I gave up Flash cause he was slow as shit and always gets shot or hit by normal human beings. I warthes these shows starting with Arrow cause he kicked ass from the moment he showed on screen and then went through his trials and tribulations. Even in Supergirl he was behind Supergirl in power level

That's a shame as I've heard the show was stellar.

First season started well like all CW shows, then slowly it's becoming Batwoman, don't don't CW make her the badass out of all badasses, even better than Batman? I wonder why?

He gets beat by everyone becusce they use his weakness against him or aren't holding back and if he still wins in the end than he's not really beat. He's Superman, not Goku and shouldn't be one-shooting his enemies. Sorry to disappoint you, but that happens in real life and they didn't go through hell together. Well that is what happens to him in the comics, that's the problem with making TV shows about super powerful characters, unless you want every villain to be another speedster? Yes, becusce he was human and had made a lot of mistakes that kept coming back to bite him.

They didn't do any of that. If anything they did with Batwoman what Arrow did with Oliver, used characters and storylines that are from Batman to buildup the characters. I'm sorry, but you are being a bit unreasonable.

Watch for yourself and don't take his word for it.

I haven't gotten the opportunity to start Superman & Lois yet. But I am beyond looking forward to it because of all the (continued) praise I have heard for it.
