I printed it in Orange hatchbox PLA. Great stuff.

My windvane came in! It really adds to the Huffer/Pipes look. Great job!
I decided to go a different way with the arm pipes for my Pipes, though.

    Very nice!

I got my shapeways shoulders in. I'm not 100% satisfied with them, but they do work. I had to use a (I think) 7/32" drill bit to clear out a bit more material for them to socket onto the body properly.

I'll update with a photo in the evening.

Here are his shoulder from Shapeways. I had to use a drill bit in my fingers to remove a small amount, to get them to pop on. OIf they are pressed all the way on, they hang loose in robot mode. If you pull them out a bit, they are posable. His elbows bend the wrong direction currently. hmmm...

Yeah, don't snip his elbow. It doesn't give enough freedom of motion to be worth it.

I acquired a Huffer, so I just placed my order for the Huffer windvane and upper arms. Since I didn't use the upper arms on my Pipes, this will help them both to look different from each other, and also more accurate to their old G1 look. Thanks again for making these awesome parts!

My Shapeways order came in! The Shapeways orange is spot-on, no painting required. I did have to widen the shoulder holes a little to get them onto the ball joint.

Finally got around to buying pipes, though I still might design different forearms.
