Hey y'all, is anyone keeping a master list of Legends-class BW figures? I only just found out that Toyworld Transmetals Megs was legends-class. Anything else other than the S3 Optimal Optimus & Red Dragon Megs from Iron Factory?

From the looks of it Transform Elements are most dedicated to legends scaled BW toys, while Toyworld and IF are playing it safe with Optimus and Megatron.

 

I forget the name of the company who did this Optimal, but it's perfect for legends scale

They were doing a megatron, but haven't heard anything about it in awhile.

 

That's the Trans Art Optimal Optimus I think? I didn't know they were planning a Megatron too.

Yeah I heard they were considering making it bigger, I hope they change their minds. I'd buy it in a second at legends scale.

 

At anything bigger that Legends it just looks very bland and boring

 

I hope there's more to come, especially season2/3 and non show characters. One official option that isn't quite beast wars is the cyberverse spark armor skybyte. Would probably go pretty well with a legends scale BW collection

 

I would really like a rhinox, my favorite beast wars by far

 

One that you may or may not want to add is the retool of Toyworlds TM Megatron as Grimlock (Steel Lock). Not exactly a BW legends, but it's also not not a BW legends.

 

I'll add it if you want. I didn't originally because it's a G1 redeco, but it is a redeco of a legends scale Beast Wars figure and Grimlock is a Beast Wars character too after all.

 

That was kind of my thinking for mentioning it. Doesn't bother me one way or the other, I just know it's not as well known as the actual megatron verisons

 

I think I better list the toy deco for Megatron too. I didn't even know it was released yet before yesterday. Toyworld has gone pretty quiet after their bombardment of decos for their FS line a few months back.

 

Yea, I think there’s 2 versions of grimlock and megatron each. Personally I’m passing on toyworlds megatron in favor of iron factory’s, so I’ll be getting the grimlock version of the mold in part because he was in bw and at least 1 bw character switched alt modes when they went transmetal (cybershark went from hammerhead to great white)

 

Two versions? Do you know what the difference is between the two Grimlocks?
I think the second version has weathering if memory serves?
