    Good enough for me.

I wonder, though - will the inevitable gap-filler kits try to cover all that wing-space?

That's good as heck. Sad that he doesn't have wrists but the overall figure looks great

Hasbro...my buddy....my friend...taker of my money....pleasepleasepleasepleasePLEASE make an orange Jhiaxus from this guy, with all of the same remolding you did on the Deluxe version, as that's one of my favorite figures on my shelf, and I could die happy if I could get that design at Voyager scale.

Still a nice figure despite its flaws, perhaps I'm just happy to see this top-tier Starscream design again.

He keeps looking better and better to me. I'll never be fully okay with the painted cockpit but I have a feeling I'll end up getting a Ramjet repaint assuming they make one, those were always my favorite colors for this mold. And seeing that he is indeed taller than ER Starscream, that basically confirms to me that a reshell of him could be a perfect Jetfire (especially if they could add a little more height, but even if they can't).

A third party upgrade set with a proper wing sword (maybe with a translucent red plastic replacement for its powered mode) and Swindle, along with either a good Toyhax set or really just some minor paint apps would make this guy absolutely perfect.

Flip out heel spikes are a nice touch. Helps support him in more dynamic poses (or if you need counterbalance when his cannons are deployed) but can tuck away for a cleaner profile if you don't.

He looks really nice. I started collecting in Armada but never picked up any Decepticons. Depending on how the rumored Leader Armada Megatron turns out I might go in on this figure.

I know Hasbro doesn’t do springloaded launchers anymore but if any recent figure screamed out for them it’s this one. IMHO.

It may be stupid, but unfortunately what do you want the designers to do when the money guys give them shit budgets? You move money around. It's not the first time one figure in a wave has suffered in order to make another one better.

I wonder if legacy blitzwing being so mediocre is a result of some of this. Put most of the budget into G2 prime and bw tmii Megatron...

-no wing saber and no wrists on the dude who was defined as a swordsman. that stings

OTHERWISE I COULDNT BE MORE EXCITED. Even if he doesnt have wrists, he has that downward movement at the hand which is a lovely thing on a swordsman. god no hollow spots, even the bottom of the jet cleans up insanely well by using one of the leg covers to cover that bottom hole the original toy had. Multiple configurations for his null cannons, like you can leave them right out the back like the OG toy and model or slim him down like the T30 release, its great! also hes got one of those neck joints that look WAY the fuck up for robot mode flight poses. he's gonna look phenomenal. Gets me excited for a potential megatron reveal later today!

I love armada starscream. tons of us do. this is looking like an INCREDIBLY solid figure. We all want a proper wing saber, but im not gonna bemoan this for what it isnt. what it is, is a near MP type Generations figure of a beloved iteration of one of the brands most popular characters. im in. bigtime.

and hey if you dont like his swords, just hunt down one of the original star sabers from the armada line! (Jokes aside, its still a 5mm post at the handle so he can weild it)

Looks great! I really can't wait to have him in hand myself. :)
